走五分鐘就可以到lower fall trail 很方便，周遭餐廳多間食物選擇多，禮品店很多食物跟紀念品選擇，也可以買望遠鏡跟Firefall用的椅子，棉被溫暖，前台人員親切～ 搭shuttle bus 去哪裡都方便，下一站就是看firefall的最佳觀賞點

We stayed here recently and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations, especially for the price. The only positives were the gentleman who checked us in (professional and welcoming) and the convenient proximity to nearby hikes. Beyond that, the issues were hard to overlook. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms—and the rooms themselves are very dated. We weren’t expecting luxury, but the overall condition felt closer to a low-end motel. For what’s being charged, it simply doesn’t justify the cost. The most concerning part of our stay was how a serious issue was handled. There was a very strong weed smell on our floor—not something faint you can ignore, but overwhelming enough to cause a headache, clearly from a group of people smoking. This is particularly frustrating given that no-smoking signs are posted throughout the building. When we called the front desk to report it (2/21 right after 9pm) we were told to “call the cops” because they had someone else on the line., and hang up on us. The response was dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the situation. There are far better options in the area at similar or better price points. We will not be returning.
