Yosemite Valley Lodge

Terrible experience. Filthy shower and toilet. Dreadful over priced food. Dust everywhere. Carpet dirty, Dated, door felt like it was coming off the hinges. That was the best part. I am a handicapped senior, The path to and up the stairs to our room was left uncleared for two days in one of the biggest snow storms in decades. I called the desk and complained that the resort was liable for any accidents or injuries unless its was cleared. The person who answered said "Skip all the layer talk". Finally the manager said it would be cleared however a weak attempt to. make it safe was feeble, at best. Aramark has procured a culture of cutting cost, poorly trained staff and deferred maintenance at every turn. Sadly they have a 15 year contract at Yosemite. Avoid at all cost.

The upstairs shower was not very intuitive to operate and some creaky flooring as well. Outside of that awesome!!!!!!!
