Sandals Royal Caribbean - ALL INCLUSIVE Couples Only

We absolutely had an amazing time here! Our butlers, Kennrick and Gayann, were amazing. They were friendly and attentive and so helpful. They were able to secure the best and same spot all week on the beach for us. We loved having Gayann bringing snacks to us every afternoon. Kennrick was so friendly and gave us great information, booked our reservation into Butchs, and helped us move rooms. Shiwayne( Bob) was so friendly and remembered us and our drinks. Terrence helped make sure our area of the beach was well tended and even took time to show us and explain more about the almond tree. The restaurants were delicious! Bombay had amazing lamb chops with a dry rub and were able to nail my husbands love of hot spicy food. The Jerk shack was perfect for lunch. We enjoyed the Thai restaurant and Italian as well. We enjoyed being able to go to Montego Bay Resort easily by shuttle. The entertainment staff was great. Our favourite was the steel drums and the candlelight. We saw people constantly cleaning and tidying around the beach and hotel. We felt very safe and that it was very clean. Jerk shack was a perfect lunch. Bombay was one of our favourites. They were able to make the food spicy and hot for my husband and the staff and customer service was amazing there. We loved the garlic naan. La Tavola was delicious. Royal Thai had awesome appetizers. We were hoping the entrees had a little more flavor or spice. The Beach Grill was great. It had burgers and fries and good service. Shiwayne (Bob) at the Beach Bar always had a smile for us and remembered us and our drinks. Ashton also helped us by walking around to help out when our Butlers were busy. We also went to Montego Bay Resort and had Butch’s Steakhouse and Tokyo Jo’s. Both were very easy to get to and delicious! The photo shop staff were very friendly. The photos are just so expensive.

The resort was very nice and upscale. We had a beachfront ground floor room with butler service. Our butlers were Roland and Sherry Ann and they were awesome. We ate our meals in our room. The butlers got us food from any of the restaurants at the resort and set it up for us in our room. Roland made sure we had chairs and a spot on the beach and island each day. He set up a cooler full of beverages and brought us any drinks from the bar and food from the cafe that we desired. Breakfast was great every morning. The blue mountain Jamaican coffee was exceptional. My wife and I booked Sandals Royal Caribbean for our honeymoon and it was a great choice. Roland and Sherry Ann went out of their way to make our stay and special occasion the best with their attentiveness and service. I highly recommend Roland and Sherry Ann at this Sandals resort.

This was our first time in Jamaica, and we had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. All the staff are awesome and helpful.

This was our first Sandals trip and it did not disappoint. The short drive from the airport to resort was perfect and put us at the pool by 3p after checking in which was seamless. We had a butler suite in the Clarence building. Butlers Kavoy and Chad are the best. So kind, funny and always eager to help. Loved they had our chairs and coolers set up wherever we wanted to be that day. The little things like having the tub filled in late afternoon after returning from pool or beach, the surprise lunches or snacks at the pool or beach was so appreciated, made our dinner reservations too. We really didn’t have to think about anything. All the restaurants had really good food. We didn’t try the Indian food. The resort is very walkable. Short walk to wherever we were headed. Not many stairs and had elevators. Housekeeping was excellent. The grounds are beautiful. Entertainment was good every night and ended by 10-10:30. We could not hear it in our room. We booked again for next year!

What a great stay! I was at the Royal Caribbean and the rest of my party was at Montego Bay (That was my bad, I booked late) I enjoyed the welcome with Syphanie (I'm sorry I misspelled it), and Lishane were so accommodating and the welcome drink was AMAZING. The resort was lovely, and my room was bright and airy. I enjoyed a jerk burger at the beachside cafe. I took the shuttle between properties a lot. After two days, I requested to be moved so I would not have to leave Monetgo Bay before the party got started (last shuttle is at 9:30pm) and they accommodated my request! My second room has a gorgeous view and was also light and airy. Oshane was amazing and the poolside bar (Tracy???) bartenders were amazing. Enjoyed the contests and activities. catamaraned and snorkled for the first time in my life! Thank you to both resorts and staff. I will be back. I love your beautiful country. Have been to Sandals several times and was always happy. Made reservations for next trip while in Bahamas a month ago. When invoice came , it was much higher. We called and were told that lady on property did not have authority to authorize the deal. In short, we lost 1000 dollar down payment because travel insurance is another expensive joke. Will be spending our money elsewhere.

The title says it all. We had tentative plans for next year, but our plans changed. On our second day there we booked it again for next year.

My husband and I recently stayed at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay for our honeymoon, and unfortunately, it was far from the luxury experience we expected or that so many others had described. One of the most disheartening parts of our stay was the difference in how guests were treated. At the Thai restaurant, we noticed a clear pattern where Caucasian couples were warmly greeted and escorted to their tables by the hostess, while we—and other Black couples—were simply handed over to servers without the same level of attention or hospitality. This happened multiple times and was uncomfortable to witness, especially in an environment that promotes inclusivity and five-star service. We also noticed similar differences at the front desk, where our greeting was noticeably dull and dismissive compared to other guests who received warm, enthusiastic welcomes. It made us feel invisible in a place where we were supposed to feel celebrated. On top of that, our room had serious maintenance and cleanliness issues. There was visible mold on the ceiling and walls, and moisture collected on the floors throughout our stay. We had to keep both the air conditioner and dehumidifier running constantly, which didn’t fully solve the problem. (I’ve included photos showing what we experienced.) Even the butler service, which we paid extra for, missed the mark. We had requested a romantic bath on the balcony for the evening, but it was drawn hours early while we were still at the beach. Later, we asked for a reserved beach spot and a refreshed cooler after our spa session, but the cooler was full of water and not restocked. These may seem like small details, but for a honeymoon, details matter — and that level of service was simply not delivered. This trip was supposed to be a celebration of love and relaxation, but instead, it left us feeling disappointed and overlooked. It was especially upsetting to see other guests receive noticeably better treatment. I truly hope Sandals takes this kind of feedback seriously and works to ensure all guests receive equal, high-quality service, regardless of race.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The weather was great and the staff very attentive. Our Butler, Andre "Bossi" was the absolute best. He was always around and very attentive to our needs. He made sure that our experience was top notch! We loved the food and our server, Princess, at the Bombay Indian restaurant was great.... we liked her and the service she provided so much we went back to the restaurant a few times. She greeted us with a smile and engaged with us even when she saw us around the resort. The resort was on the small side, but the entertainment was fabulous. The singing, dancing, drumming, violin and chelo playing were excellent. The entertainment crew did and excellent job and we thoroughly enjoyed the nightly shows. This was my 2nd Sandals stay and I'm looking forward to the next trip.... I highly recommend Sandals as a great all-inclusive vacation.

So just a quick synopsis. This was a last minute booking by my lovely wife for my Birthday Oct 5th. We arrived on Sunday Oct 5th my Birthday. To say the least it was not perfect but Sandals took care of the issue. It was a dinner reservation for an offsite dinner at Butches at the Montego Bay location. After that issue everything was awesome! We dove with the most amazing Dive Shop crew! Mon, Tues, Wed 2 dives each day. Relaxing, Quiet, Slow 40+ minute dives each day. Wednesday the Dive Shop threw me a Birthday Party on board after our last dive. This was our 3rd time to this location and can't really say enough about all the staff. We have 2 booked vacations for 2026 to Turks and Caicos In Oct which we booked while at Curacao in June 2025 and a return to Curacao for June which we booked while at Sandals Royal Caribbean. We will be getting a free Vacation once we take one of these. 7 days away from our next FREE VA CA. As Divers we cant say how much we Love Diving included. FYI the only 2 resorts we have not been to are Sandals Royal Bahamian and Sandals St. Vincent. We might switch up at Curacao booking to one of those. I love Sharks and the Bahamian has Sharks. My Wife was not a Diver when we last visited St. Lucia so I want her to experience the diving there. I think we would go to the Grande. Please feel free to ask any questions.
