Sandals Royal Caribbean - ALL INCLUSIVE Couples Only

We were so excited to spend our anniversary at the Royal Caribbean...until we weren't. How do you mistake an anniversary for a birthday and still be two days late? We have been treated like royalty at other (not Sandals) resorts for our celebration. Most of the employees were miserable and it showed in their service. There was definite favoritism if you had a butler or paid extra for something. Entertainment was sub par as was the food. Room service was always cold. Pools were nice but we just expected so much more under the Sandals name and price. We will not be returning and we will tell others not to waste their time or money.

We had an incredible time at Royal Caribbean in Jamaica. Great food, Beaches and our Butlers were awesome!!

My husband and I have waited 20 years for a trip. We went for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was over the top great. We had Roland and Sherry -Ann as our butler’s (only way to go.) They went above and beyond making it so special for the two of us. Being gluten free was no problem here at all. They had many options and I always had a special dessert in room waiting for me every night. The people are the sweetest and really care about you. Thank you Sandals Royal Caribbean and we will see you in 2026.

I have stayed at this resort over 15 times in the past. Have not been back for the past 11 years due to personal reasons. Since my last trip this resort though with newer rooms has gone downhill. The GM seems to be more interested being out of sight to the guests. Even at the returning guest dinner she hangs with her staff and not the guests. Food quality is not what it was before. Thai food sauces are ketchup based and not real Thai food taste. French food chateaubriand is two pieces of steak that are dried out for medium rare cooking. And taste is of cheap beef. At the pub the fish and chips is a greasy mess. Breakfast is good and Garfield with his laugh is not to be missed. At the island cabana Marlon is a great butler to take care of you. Overall, it's not the resort I remember, and prior GM's took better care of customers than the current one. Future returns will not happen only for the loss of the high quality of what this resort was but also due to us willing to check out places outside of the Carribean which are far better places than this specific resort.

My husband and I just left Sandals Royal Caribbean and we had such a wonderful time. Our butlers Kavoy and Chad were top notch, attentive, friendly and made us feel right at home. The staff in general were all friendly, entertainment was great (amazing voices!), food was delicious and we will for sure be back!

This was the first time that we had the butler service. Jerome and Kristoff were our personal butlers. They were awesome and they made our visit a a lot more comfortable! If you use the butler service I highly recommend that you ask for these two guys personally!!!

We went to SRC Labor Day weekend 2025. The weather was great. It was their off-season so only half the rooms were occupied. We had butlers Nicole & Ian. They literally are the best pair. They commuicate so well between each other and know how to take care of you. We had room 5108 in the Balmoral Building. It was on the end which was terrific. Not may people pass by. I have rebooked for the same dates, same room, same butlers and for the same experience in 2026.

The overall experience was fantastic. I want to say how beautiful the grounds and beach were. More than that what makes it so amazing if the phenomenal staff. Our housekeeper Shareen made us feel like family and so did Dalton. We had so many wonderful encounters with so many members of the staff. Floyd and the people in the bayside café were so kind and accommodating and the food was amazing. Many staff at restaurants like Shmare at Soy gave great recommendations. From the start of our trip when we met Romona in concierge to our complimentary photo shoot with Uncle Dave we felt like we were with the family having fun. The cherry on top of this bliss sunday was the entertainment team. I can guarantee a good time with this group of characters. These people are the hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. Yashawn is the manager of the team and they seem to work very well with him. Jahmeelia better known as Lady J, Geo, Javaine, Shania, Tasha, DJ Stewy, Davia, Ackeem, Jordan and, super Mario make up the team. Oh, and one of Beyoncé's backup singers named Remone. How Sandals got him away from her I will never know ; ). The trip was so amazing I booked my next trip at the loyalty desk with Stone before I left! And one last shout out to Terryann who maid me my last drink before I had to leave for the airport. Thank you to everyone.

Just got back yesterday . We had a great time. Our butlers Keon and JP were awesome. Very attentive. Somehow always popped up when we needed something. Meals were really good. Loved having a sit down breakfast. French restaurant was our favorite for dinner. Lunches brought to the beach were fantastic. Pool bar was awesome. The bartenders remember what you had and always had a refill ready. Pool volleyball was great! Maloik always organized the game and got everyone into it. All the staff were awesome. Everyone was polite and greeted you whenever you ran into them. The entire resort was spik and span and in good order. Looking forward to another visit.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at royal carribean not only was all the food and drinks delicious but the butler's they provided! Chad & kevoy were amazing and on top of things. From booking us dinner reservations at other resorts to doing suprise dinners and baths for us to come back too! Will definitely be special requesting them everytime we come back and highly recommend them to anyone else! Thanks again Chad & Kevoy for making our stay even more enjoyable!!
