I liked the pool

I was told I would have $15 a day for breakfast and then after I spent the money was told I was not eligible because I didn't book through Hilton. Then they wouldn't do anything to make it right.

They over booked. We arrived 1 am with the kids and made us wait 2 hours until they found a room

Good location. Able to walk everywhere. Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a great view from our room too!

Valet Parking was full AGAIN (3 stays in a row) , Hotel was very crowded due to Fraternity formals going on. Elevator line to get up and down was anywhere from 45 min - 1 hr wait. THREE of the 6 elevators were not working the entire stay.

I last stayed here on Valentines weekend which also coincided with Austin Marathon, as well as three weddings. As others mentioned, the elevator situation was incredibly off putting. The lines at times got so long that security escorted guests to the freight/staff elevator to try and relive the intolerable wait. On my last stay, the Starbucks in the lobby did not open until 8:00 a.m.(versus 6:00 as advertised) and the parking garage was full forcing me to look elsewhere for parking. But....I tried again....this Friday. The rooms are fine, clean and updated. However, this is why I will not stay here again.... This weekend, the hotel was hosting an international dance competition as well as FIVE University of OK fraternity events. Thankfully, we checked in on line bc the check in line was at least one hundred people deep. And then I saw it....the line for the elevators. Once again, 2(maybe 3) of 6 working. However, the issue was that all of these fraternity guests came with luggage carts toting luggage and alcohol. This meant that the elevator line was even slower as you can only fit one luggage cart and a few guests in each elevator. We waited 30 minutes after check in(we were on the 19th floor). But what has convinced me to not stay here again was the parking garage. The spots are NARROW with concrete posts inhibiting smooth parking. It took me 20 minutes to find a spot and get in. I had to climb out of the passenger side to exit/enter the vehicle. I did tell the woman at check in(Gigi) and she did comp my parking. Unfortunately, not enough to cause me to stay again. if...IF the hotel proactively apologized for the elevators and offered a few drink coupons or waived the parking, I may have given them another chance.

The hotel was incapable of hosting guests. Showed very little effort to make the experience convenient and enjoyable for guests. The elevators were a nightmare, with practically three working and a completely booked hotel meant we were sometimes waiting for an elevator to take us down for 20 minutes. Ridiculous. Additionally, the parking situation was abysmal. Packed to the brim and extremely overpriced daily rate. Getting out was terrible. They closed the garage doors on every car. If you plan on staying here in April- don’t.

2nd night couldn’t sleep parties and loud music from hotel guest.
