Loved the location id

Did not like the extra charges out of nowhere and I want my refund

I was in town to meet with some attorneys. It was a good place to hold the meetings. Not only did they provide a great room they provided an office to hold our meetings. The meeting was a success and the results will help the party in their person injury case.

The breakfast could be better.

Staff location and room facilities were great

Lifts and restaurant. Escalator not working

Elevators were not functioning, except a single one that was always full. Took ages to wait

Good stay. Helpful staff. However as mentioned a month ago still only maximum of 4 elevators working out of 6. It took 15 min to get an elevator friday morning. We often get packages shipped to hotel in advance of our stay as we are from canada. However this hotel chooses to impart a $5 per parcel fee as they have a UPS store in the lobby. I was not informed of that fee when I called I to confirm delivery. We were told it was listed on the website but I didn't see it and have not seen that before in other hotels. We also didn't get housekeeping 2 of our 5 days. All was rectified by the front desk which was appreciated. Pool area was nice and clean. Visited the restaurant twice and recommend the buffalo chicken dip and BBQ chicken flatbread

Breakfast was excellent. The 6 pack elevators were slow due to heavy traffic during peak times.

Lack of microwave oven in room.
