Superb location, quirky, sumptuous hotel and kind, courteous and very attentive staff.

Lovely room. Comfortable bed . Balcony with views of the Marina and town. Staff were great. 10/10

We always love going to the Salthouse, the staff are always very professional and friendly and willing to help you with anything. We normally have a bouquet of flowers which is highly recommended they are always excellent, so is the champagne. This visit was for our anniversary and was only for 1 night but as always we were having a lovely time. Whilst sitting down to a lovely meal in the eaterie unfortunately my wife was taken ill with chest pains and we had to call an ambulance, the staff were so quick and professional in helping us and preparing for the ambulance. We cannot thank them enough for all their help, truly a wonderful place to stay and eat.

Lovely hotel with amazingly friendly.staff. Would definitely stay again. Location is right in marina so lots of bars and music and Lovely.bank holiday spent

Drinks quite pricey but lots of alternatives walking distance

We have stayed at this hotel 2-3 times. It is refreshing to see the same staff members. The continuity of staffing ells me that the management is doing a good job, behind the scenes, to make our experience as positive as possible.

The hotel is set in amazing position on the harbour front. The restaurant food is 5 star. Harbour view room is a must
