The receptionist was vey helpful

Great location, convenient free undercover parking. Nice staff. Large room, comfy bed. Beautiful views.

Apartment felt a little unclean. Furniture was dusty, walls were grimy, floor had old food and dead cockroaches on it. We asked the staff to clean this and they did, promptly, which was good. We also had to ask for towels, and for our Wifi to be fixed multiple times. Only a small sachet of dish soap was provided, and only a couple of tea bags. We needed more pantry items like this considering we were staying for a week. There were also only a couple of mugs and glasses, kitchen cupboards were pretty bare. The blinds were fiddly and the sliding doors rattled but that can't be helped considering the wind. The apartment was nice but it needed some love.

Nothing. The room we were given was absolutely disgusting. The room was so I dated and the furnishings were chipped and broken. The whole room didn’t look as though it had been cleaned in a very long time. Everything in the room was absolutely filthy.

The room didn’t look anything like the photos on your website and their website, far from it. It looked like someone’s run down flat. Rooms shown on both websites were very modern and the room we were given looked absolutely no where like the photos. We were given a room on the second floor which had no view apart from trees. We asked for another room which they didn’t have so we had to check out. This was very stressful as we had only just arrived from NZ. This experience was a terrible start to our holiday. We basically lost a whole day looking for somewhere else to stay.

The View! Completely spectacular ocean views from most if the apartment and location. Walking distance to everything

The pillows could use replacing

There was no wifi in this building - there was also a tv in our room but we couldn't watch anything due to no WIFI for tv to connect, nor no live tv.
