Harrah's Resort Southern California - A Caesars Rewards Destination

We we're planning on 3 nights, but we extended our stay another night! We stayed in the Zin Suite it was Zinfully wonderful! We had plans to go sight seeing, but we found the resort had so much to offer we didn't leave the resort for 4 days! We loved hanging on our deck and enjoyed the walking paths right outside the hotel! Spent most of the time in their pools, hottubs and swim up bar! Night time enjoyed the casino and so many dinning experiences. We look forward to our next visit!

I have been going to Harrahs SoCal and my experience is nothing but excellent. Nice location, clean rooms and great staff. Shoutout to Samantha in the front desk. She made my check in a breeze.

Harrah’s serenity setting sets you up for relaxation and good dining, in addition to the good slot machines and in the summer the excellent pool you are definitely winning.

Normally I like staying here but there's something that they did that annoyed me. I charged to the room after paying a $150 deposit for incidentals. Then my card had to be canceled due to unauthorized charges so nothing more could be charged against my card. Goid thing i had the $150 deposit on the room...or so I thought. The font desk tried to charge my card for the $50 i had just charged against the room and when the additional charge would not go through, they locked me out of my room. The sour woman at the front desk only allowed me back in my room so i could get my cash and pay the extra $50. I checked out instead.

It was a fun vacation until the last morning when all of a sudden workers showed up directly at my window at 6 am . The pool area is stunning and fun

I checked in online to skip the line and when I got there, none of the kiosk were working to get my room key so I had to stand in line anyway. They closed our favorite restaurant which was the Oyster Bar so that was a BIG disappointment. We went to Rita’s to eat, and the serving size was so small. It wasn’t even an appetizer size and it was $27 so needless to say we did not pay for it nor did we eat there after all. The air conditioner in the room was not working. The thermostat was set at 65 and it was 76 in the room. I’ve been to this Harrah’s many, many times and this was the worst experience I’ve had!!!

This was the worst experience in a Harrahs resort I have ever been in. I paid for an upgrade for a better room and view and my view turned out to be of dumpsters and construction site. They never came to clean the rooms , bring us towels or dump the trash. We were advised that they don't clean the rooms until you check out. Never been at a hotel where they never cleaned room daily. I was very shocked and disappointed 😞😞. I will not be returning to this Harrah's ever again
