We had a bad experience at the Corner top store, the person on duty was lacking of empathy and compassion as he forgot our order for 25 mins and only do it when we asked. He did not show any regret but instead told us we are not welcome anymore and he will be calling security which is supposed to be we are the victim. We tried to call the floor Manager but to no avail and everyone was sending us to the wrong direction. This is not how they supposed to take care of customers/players

No notification that the lazy river was not heated/not fully working - Kids were allowed in the 21 & up area as a result, including having diaper age children in the pool without swim diapers resulting in pool filter clogs and messes around the pool area. Many things were closed early due to limited volume of guests. Room was great - very long walk to it. Staff was hit or miss - most very grumpy/unhelpful
