Harrah's Resort Southern California - A Caesars Rewards Destination

The casino is undergoing a lot of modifications including the use of hammers to chip out concrete Very noisey and disorganized Wait until they are done next year Also no hot water this morning in the south tower

Love my weekends at Harrah's... They just remodeled the floor and put in many new slots. Great pool area and the lazy river is always a good time. Great choices for good eats...Hell's kitchen is amazing and you can't go wrong with the shrimp tacos in the cantina!

Did not start out well. Room had our phone broken, charger ports were broken, construction area. Had to change rooms due to my wife encountering a creep in the elevator. We were very appreciative of the understanding from the hotel staff. Once in the new room it was very nice and better change. Overall experience probably 5/10.

We always have a good time here. It's a close drive, and we enjoy staying overnight. Stefano was excellent at check-in. The rooms are nice, and lots of action in the casino.

This is a smoking facility….We would have never drove 2 hrs for a Casio that allows smoking all over the facility! Had a sinus headache all night and the next day!!! Went for a show and got lungs full of secondhand smoke!!! Will not be back!!!

Unfortunately my go to casino failed to treat a loyal to the chain customer with respect and dignity. I routinely visit this casino and stay overnight at least weekly. For the most part, I have encountered a number of great employees and have up until now had very positive experiences. My latest visit included two interactions with the rewards desk one on Saturday 10/18 and the other on Sunday 10/19 both ending with disappointment. On Saturday I was turned away by the Rewards desk and told to return on Sunday as the attendant did not know how to grant me the reward I had earned that day. On Sunday I returned at 11:30 AM and interacted with a supervisor who was working at the counter. I simply approached the counter to collect my earned reward and I was immediately told to go sit down and wait as the female supervisor seemed unclear as to how to address my question and grant my earned award. After more than 15 - 20 minutes the supervisor had not attempted to address me as I patiently sat awaiting a response. Instead she continued to handle the customers that followed me. Even after the line was depleted the supervisor continued to ignore me. I went over to another person at the rewards desk and the other attendant was able to immediately handle my matter and send me on my way within 30 seconds. The supervisor on duty clearly was ill-trained and does not like senior citizens. I reached out to management and was told I would get a call back, three days later no call. Gravely disappointed in the lack of consideration and attention given to a loyal customer.

Great experience. Staff was very friendly, room was really comfortable and the best shower I have had in a hotel. We were on the 2nd floor in a wellness room. Definitely staying in this room again.

Excellent stay. Housekeeping services are prompt and the associates are so friendly and helpful would recommend!!
