Harrah's Resort Southern California - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Nice if you like second hand smoke. It’s really shameful in 2026 for a hotel to allow smoking when it’s basically illegal everywhere else in California. 90% of the guests must endure the unhealthy and unpleasant smell just so the casino can cater to some chain smokers. It’s impossible to walk to the hotel elevators without walking by smokers. And the hotel management does not care about their employees who must work in this unhealthy environment.

Machines were to expensive not much options. No coffee machines in the rooms. I didn’t even have a bar of hand soap. Starbucks prices were ridiculous. Have to pay for WiFi. Would not come back here.

Excellent location, the people very friendly and knowledgeable. The room is comfortable and the service experience excellent. The service exceed our expectations work so hard to make sure we were satisfied, we really want to come back again…! Our room was very clean and organized and spacious, we really love this experience…! Thanks for providing me with this amazing memories in my life…! The value for the quality and luxury we experience is beyond words…!

It was my birthday celebration had a blast!!! Our rooms were ready at 12 that is so awesome!! We ate dinner at Hell’s Kitchen abd breakfast at the Mexican Rita’s.. so so good both of them! And thank Hector for always taking care of myself abd my son! Merry Christmas 🎁

Came down for our granddaughters soccer tournament and my host gave us a suite and room credit (food) great time with enough room for all of us!!

The atmosphere at Harrah's SoCal is so exciting, always so inviting, with beautiful seasonal decor. The variety of slots are great, never boring on the casino floor, service is the fastest and friendliest of all casinos we visit. All areas of the property are well maintained, very clean. Great shops and great restaurants. Hell's Kitchen is amazing! Love the HK seafood tower app.

Our experience here was like no other Harrahs we have visited, which are many. I was charged an upgrade for an upgrade I never requested or received. Our room in the Dive Inn was VERY dated. There was not even a chest of drawers for us to unpack our clothes, and we were staying for 4 nights. Also, for whatever reason, it was my understanding there were no coffee makers in ANY of the rooms. My son and daughter-in-law were in a suite and they had no coffee maker in their room either! Also, there was no cleaning service at all! We had to request clean towels and wash cloths. We had to put all of our dirty towels/wash cloths in the corner of the bathroom....disgusting. I am still trying to find out what the upgrade charge was for but have not found that out yet. The casino is smaller than any that we have visited. On Sunday alot of people were checking in. Sunday afternoon we walked down toward the casino and it was SO smokey from smokers that I could hardly breathe. We had to go outside and sit for a while. Why in the world would they not have a smoking area in the BACK of the casino for smokers instead of smoking area in the front right across from Starbucks, which all coffee drinkers are going to visit because there are no coffee makers in the rooms! We did order from Starbucks several times. The coffee is very good,, however, they do not serve Splenda as a sweetener. The bacon Gouda sandwich is very very good.

No hot water. Noisy room, had to switch. Mediocre staff service from check in to dining. Couldn't reach staff on phone to change room. Had to show photo id to buy a taco on credit card. $13 per night extra for WiFi on top of $260 for standard room.

The fun starts the moment you step into the casino. You hear laughter everywhere, a sign that people are having Fun! Excellent service, rooms are clean & fresh, great food options.
