At Top Notch resort. Beautiful, pristine beach, crystal clear water, amazing rooms, fine dining at restaurants and the staff who made it all come together beautifully.

We and 6 friends are just home from a wonderful vacation at the Sandals Grande St. Lucia. We spent 2 weeks, friends a week/10 days. The setting, food, rooms, staff, views, entertainment, etc. etc. were spectacular. We were pleased to find 4 new pickleball courts which we all used often. We appreciated the pickleball pro, Norman who made it that much more fun. Our first week was in a swim out room, loved it. The 2nd was the rondoval with butlers. We are giving a shout out to our 3 amazing butlers - Clyns, Bailey and Shanne. Thanks to them for their attentive and very friendly service.

We've been to several Sandals resorts, yet St. Lucia Grand stood out mainly because of the kind, caring and compassionate workers. So many did an outstanding job and I hope we have remembered all of them: Cijay (server at Gordons on Tuesday 3/10 and 3/17) – professional, courteous, made you want to return and request him as a waiter Nataliea (French restaurant manager Thursday 3/12 )– courteous, made sure our needs were taken care of, friendly, fun Kate (Club Sandals St. Lucia) – on day 8 of our trip, Kate recalled us from the first day, provided great service ( we needed a few things in our room), another friendly face from ST., Lucia Sharlene (manager at Kelly’s Dockside Wednesday 3/11) – Formerly from Grand now at Halycon, said to say hi to her friends at The Grand, made us feel welcome and valued Kermit and crew – best snorkel trip from Sandals ever! They showed their concern for our safety, provided crew in the water to show interesting marine life, were genuinely fun and enjoyable Troyane (3/14 Pizza man) – we asked for a special pizza and Troyane not only made the pizza perfectly, but he hand delivered to us with an extremely positive attitude! Fay (3/5-3/19) – a sweet delight every time we saw her delivering beverages by the pool in the afternoon or morning coffee at Toscanini’s, the Italian breakfast spot Lydia (3/18) – a competent, no-nonsense manager of Toscanini’s, the Italian restaurant for breakfast. Lydia has a team that works together to provide a pleasant and friendly breakfast for guest. Absolutely delightful! Victuy Arthis(?), chef of the ‘Barefoot’ restaurant so delightful. He shared a recipe with me and gave me a few cooking tips as well. This was my favorite restaurant at St. Lucia (and actually of all the restaurants we’ve been to at Sandals). The food was delicious and spiced perfectly and of course you can’t beat the scenery! Denzel of Loyalty and Travel – Denzel was competent and friendly. He provided the information we needed t make our decision and even tried to assist with any technical questions we encountered _ There was one person that stood out from all the rest (but not in a pleasant way but exactly the opposite): The female employee from Loyalty and Travel – she was curt and actually unfriendly, not provide a friendly environment (definitely doesn’t incent one to re-up for another vacation at Sandals). Rather we made sure to return when another, much friendlier employee could help us

We visited the last week of Feb 2026, for our 23rd Wedding anniversary. The weather was good, not too cold, but the water was a challenge to get into, but tolerable. Service was excellent, and they catered to our every need. ie: sitting in preferred seating and making unique drinks of choice. Note that St Lucia is not flat like any other Caribbean island. It takes about 2 hrs to get to/from the Airport. We went ahead and paid for the private conveyance. Well worth it, as its a luxury car/SUV and personal conveyance with the driver to tell us about the island. Some folks to take note of while at this resort: Bartender: Randy. He is AWSOME, always has a smile on his face and genuinely loves bartending. Photographers: Neah, Shaquan, Delon, & Lenny The Photograph attendant was phenomenal: Amanda!! She was able to see things in our photos that we didn't notice; and she helped us select the best photo's for our album. With regards to the Spa. We didn't know the steam room and dry sauna are free for use, and found out the day before we departed. You have to check them out while you are there. We did opt for a massage each. We got Wanda and Kaydine. Kadine has hands of an angel and will make you feel like you are floating out of your body. All in all it was a pleasure to visit here. Please check out the excursion (on Thursday's) called Sandals Foundation "Reading Road Trip". It's an initiative that helps improve literacy skills while offering a meaningful way to give back during your vacation.

My husband, William, and I stayed at Sandals Grande in St. Lucia from March 11-19, 2026. This was our second visit to this particular resort, and our third visit to a Sandals. Overall, this resort is absolutely beautiful. However, the real treat there is how the people who work there make you feel. Everyone, and I mean everyone, bends over backwards to help out, accommodate, show care and compassion, and fulfill the every whim, or need, of the clientele. Of course, there are too many to name specifically, but here are some that really deserve praise and accolades: Generally, the water sports crew were extremely friendly and helpful. Jonas and Temesha cleaned the pool outside of our swim up accommodations. It's not easy to keep up with all the things that can land in a pool, but they did an amazing job. The housekeepers who took care of our room were Anna and Cecelia. Not only did they make sure the porch was kept clean, but they added special touches to the room by creating "sculptures" out of the towels + flower petals to decorate the bed. Dina and Lisa, (in culinary), & Larry and Raul (managers) bent over backwards to help me with my specific dietary needs on a daily basis. They went above and beyond. Yasmine (hostess at Gordon's), Avernel Altenor (waitress at Gordon's) were both very helpful and made sure that I had food that jived with my dietary needs. Finally, Toscannini's was our favorite restaurant. Everyone there was as sweet as could be: Fey has a wonderful attitude! Delia made sure that we had the exact table that would make us happy and even checked on us after we were seated. Julita handled the front desk with precision and expediency. Lydia was always on hand to make sure that things were going smoothly and that we had everything we could possibly want or need. Dione (mgr) outdid herself in making sure that my dietary needs were met. Last, but not least, I have to mention Kenya. From the very beginning of our vacation, it seems as though she had adopted us. A sweeter, more accommodating person cannot be found at Sandals. On our last day, when we came for breakfast, and to say good bye, Kenya hugged us both. One would have thought that we were family. She is just so special!!! I am not sure if people who work in the jewelry store or who drive the cars to the airport are in the Sandals purview, but I would like to add Kira Lee and Dania Alphonse in the jewelry store who were both professional, friendly, and sweet. Also, Albert Clovis who drove us from the airport on day 1 and then back at the end of our stay. He wonderfully tried to reduce the side effects of the winding roads to and from the airport.

My stay at Sandals Grande St. Lucia, in an overwater bungalow, was nothing short of incredible an absolute dream from start to finish. The bungalow itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly positioned. I especially loved being in the first bungalow, where the water is not as deep. For someone who isn’t the strongest swimmer, this made getting in and out of the water feel safe, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. Every morning, we were greeted with the most breathtaking sunrise right from our bed. Watching the sun rise over the water was peaceful, surreal, and honestly one of the most beautiful parts of the entire trip. The food was Exceptional. Exactly what you expect from Sandals. Elevated, flavorful, and consistently on point from breakfast to dinner, every meal was delicious, well-prepared, and memorable. A very special recognition goes to the dive team—especially Ron. Their patience, professionalism, and attention to safety were unmatched. As a fairly new diver, I truly appreciated having a private instructor who guided me every step of the way, giving underwater cues and helping me build confidence. It felt less like a lesson and more like a personalized, luxury diving experience. Let’s talk about the Playmakers team—because they were EVERYTHING. Cassius, Davia, and Deasia brought energy, creativity, and excitement every single day. The games and activities were fresh, engaging, and thoughtfully designed. They truly know how to create an atmosphere that keeps guests entertained and connected. Our butler team Keicher, Luther, and I forgot the third persons name were phenomenal. While Sandals uses a three butler rotation, we primarily interacted with two daily due to scheduling. That said, the service we received was top-tier, personalized, and beyond attentive. And I have to say Keicha was my person. It felt like she was telepathic! As a true foodie, she made sure I had fresh fruits to start and end my day, while also anticipating every little detail. My husband loves whiskey, and his selections were always fully stocked. As for me, my champagne was always ready, and after dinner, we’d return to a perfectly prepared bath, creating the ultimate wind-down experience. That level of thoughtfulness was unmatched. Housekeeping and room service were equally impressive. Our room was always fully stocked towels, toiletries, drinks—everything replenished seamlessly without us even asking. A heartfelt thank you to Ima, the butler manager, who leads an incredible team. The coordination, attention to detail, and level of care across the staff were simply outstanding. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, the day was thoughtfully planned with surprises and special touches that made it unforgettable. I came in with a simple idea, and they turned it into something far greater than I imagined. It honestly felt like a full luxury production and we are forever grateful. And because of how amazing this experience was… we’re already planning to return for my birthday. After what they did for him, I expect nothing less than next-level magic for me! We’ve visited several Sandals resorts, and while Sandals Negril has always been our favorite, I can confidently say that Sandals Grande St. Lucia is now tied for first place. The difference truly lies in the people the team here made this experience unforgettable. Pro Tip: The drive from the airport to the resort is quite long, as it’s on the opposite side of the island. I highly recommend booking a helicopter transfer (about 15 minutes) or a speedboat transfer. It is absolutely worth it to skip the lengthy drive and start your vacation stress-free. Special shout out also to Sue Ann one of the managers who made sure we were all set for checkout as well as Lisa the Bayside restaurant manager who assisted us when we dined there, there was also a young man at Gordons who was awesome (can't remember his name but It begun with V). Shout out to all the entire team that showed up on my husband's birthday to make that memorable poolside celebration for him and the other guests who were celebrating their birthday! Overall: Beautiful grounds. Exceptional service. Amazing food. Unmatched experiences. This is truly a five-star, luxury Caribbean escape. I would highly recommend Sandals Grande St. Lucia—especially the overwater bungalows—to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime getaway.

This is a wonderful resort, the location, although a long way from the airport, is perfect as it is in a sheltered bay that allows for all the water sports, sailing, skiing/wakeboarding, paddle boards. The sand is soft, the water clear and the swimming areas are big. We stayed in the newly renovated Rodney Bay rooms that were well done. Staff were friendly, they work hard but during the busy times at lunch can be a bit under staffed. I would have given this resort a 5 star review except for the beach volleyball court, it is weak at best, the net is saggy, the court is undersized, surely they could do better at this resort.

Unlike other Sandals, they don’t have drink service at pool or beach. Basically, they make you walk up from the beach to the pool bar and get your own drink. This a a difference from Sandals Grenada. If you are on a lounge chair at pool they will not let you order drinks unless you swim over to pool bar or get up and walk over to another bar.

Our first time at Sandals resort and could not be happier. The whole resort was just amazing. All of the employes went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Anna C and Vinette took amazing care of our room and seemed to know what we needed before we did. My wife got a massage from Bernice in the spa and said it was the best ever. Kevin was the TLC and came to our room to introduce himself and to see if we needed anything. We ran into him several times around the resort and he would always come up and check to see if we had everything we needed. All the restaurants were very good, and we were seated right away. The whole resort was very clean and the flowers and plants were just beautiful. We will defiantly be returning!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Sandals Grande St Lucian! The property was beautiful and our room was great. The best part of the trip was our team of butlers Kenwin, Danladi and Zarius. They were so personable and attentive to our every need. They took an interest in our personal situation and helped us enjoy the stay to the max! I can't say enough about them... Thanks guys for all you did for us! I will always think of them as friends we made on the trip and hope to see them again on another visit soon!
