Sandals Grande St. Lucian - ALL INCLUSIVE Couples Only

The Sandals Grande St Lucian resort exceeded all of our expectations. The beach is spectacular, the staff was so open and friendly we felt like family. Food and service was excellent. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Cabanas on the beach is a must. Shout out to Sanjay. The layout of this resort should be a model for all.

Sandals St Lucia was just amazing. Atlantic off our balcony, Caribbean off the other side of hallway. Service was good. Activities galore to keep one busy. Plenty of sun. My only complaint is that housekeeping makes the bed and sometimes forgets the rest. Had to request towels and coffee almost daily. Shower never wiped and toilet never wiped. (I wipe those down almost daily at home.) But hardly ever in room, so it’s really just me complaining about a first world problem. We will def return here. Food was delicious at all the restaurants and a perk was was able to walk to Fort Rodney and learn some history.

We just returned from Sandals St.Lucia Grand Resort on 11/22/2025 we spent a week there with 2 other couples and we had a great time, resort is beautiful and the staff were amazing !!! Food was amazing as it always is at any Sandals restaurants!,, we met some first time guests and they were amazed by their overall experience because they were disappointed with other vacations at other resort companies all inclusive hotels! We have been to many Sandals resorts throughout the Caribbean and have never been disappointed!! I highly recommend this resort and all Sandals properties looking forward to Antigua grand in may 2026 !! Thank you Sandals for another wonderful experience and vacation!!!

Sandals in St Lucia was beautiful, the rooms were very clean and the staff so helpful and friendly. The entertainment was great and water sports fun. We were attending my nieces wedding and it was beautiful

We were pretty unsatisfied with our service at Sandals Grande St. Lucia. The service at the restaurants were subpar. We had to wait a long time for our food at most restaurants, sometimes over an hour. We often would never get served the correct drinks despite the servers writing down our orders. There were times we also would not even get any drink we ordered at the restaurant, requiring us to go to the bar ourselves to get a drink. It should also be noted that throughout our week at Sandals, the pool towels were never stocked. There were many days we had to wait for towels to be restocked. If you are looking for an actual view, beware that the ‘’oceanview’’ rooms are overlooking a street/parking lot. Shuttles from the airport are not owned by Sandals so they are old and uncomfortable. While the service at restaurants were subpar, the bartenders were timely and the lobby staff were friendly and accommodating. We had high expectations for our stay at Sandals, but unfortunately we were disappointed in the service and will not be staying with Sandals again.

We chose this for our honeymoon and were so glad we did. They made the whole process so easy. Food was delicious, and had better options than we expected.

This was the best trip ever. The food was great, beach was amazing, but the staff is what really sent it over the top. Everyone was taking care of our every need. The people that made our stay unforgettable were bartenders Kirnisha (hard worker and super nice), Denson (treats you like an old friend at the bar) and Lisa, Delia our server and much more, Jamal and Sanjay ( Sanjay gives the best drink recommendations) at the cabanas, and the Twin sisters that are always around the pool and beach serving people. They are all the sweetest people we’ve ever met!! They truly make your experience better. There’s always some sort of party or activity going on so the vibes were always good! We highly recommend coming here if you are looking for good food, great beaches & pools, and unmatched service!!!

This was the most amazing trip of my life, we were there for my Grandson's wedding. Monica their wedding planner went above and beyond to make this a special day. Everyone at Sandals was so polite, there to help when needed. Our housekeeper Theresa was so accommodating and such a sweet lady. I'd recommend anyone that can go to this beautiful island to go.

The Grande is a fabulous resort at every turn! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Shante at the front desk who was so welcoming and friendly, full of smiles and very helpful. She even went the extra mile and was able to get me an amenity that helped during our stay. Housekeeping made up our room daily in a timely manner and we never had to ask for items like towels and soap like other resorts. Room service was one of the best we have seen, very quick and accurate...breakfast was great! Suzelle at the jerk shack always greeted us with a smile and was very helpful, she made our time there very enjoyable. Philip, in charge of Gordon's restaurant was amazing! He was able to get us the best table for dinner, even served us drinks out at the firepit! One minor thing we would have liked is more music at the main pool, at least to be more consistent. Several days there was no music until later. The Crystal Lagoon pool bar service was very attentive, even though not many people there at times. We would recommend to anyone to try The Grande St. Lucian, we will certainly be back!

First of all, let me start off by saying that we had the best butler team! Clynns, Shevan, and Sabie were absolutely wonderful!! They decorated our room for my birthday, were our personal photographers and really ensured that we were having a great time! Sandals is truly lucky to have them as employees! Upon arriving, we were so excited! Then we found out that our rondoval room that was booked several months ago was not available and they downgraded our room category for the first 3 nights. After a long day of travel this was truly defeating. They did get eventually move us into our room that we initially booked and it was lovely. We were in room 7004, which I would highly recommend for anyone staying in a rondoval room. We had a great view of the beach right outside of our gate! The private pool was warm and I loved the privacy of this location as well! We have traveled to several Sandals properties, and I would have to say the service was not the best! We had a butler luckily, so we were able to get reservations at restaurants to make sure we could eat at all of them, however the service was terribly slow at both the French and Italian restaurants. We saw several people get up and leave after waiting over an hour to get their meals. The pool bar was also impossible to get a drink from. There were few stand out people we met in addition to our butlers! Gregory at Gordon’s was so friendly and so attentive. Orion at the pub made the best espresso martini! Amanda at Bombay was super helpful and friendly as this was our first Indian food experience. Sanjay and Jamal were great cabana butlers! Overall, we would love to come back one day bc the island and property were so beautiful! It is one of the coolest places I’ve gotten to experience. But I think we will wait a while to return based on the disappointing service.
