It was not what it looked like in the pictures. It was super sketchy and it was not clean. There were crumbs in the bed and it was clear the room was not cleaned. We left after 15 minutes and found a new place to stay.

The room was basically filthy....bathroom facilities had been cleaned but as far as the floor and other areas of the room...little evidence it had been touched. Bedding appeared to be cleaned....linens were but hard to say how many months or years it might have been since the bedspread had been laundered. Towels were clean. Basically a poor impression based on the rooms in this place look mostly like they have been repeatedly broke in to. TV had a couple of channels

Beds were comfortable.

Did not stay they did not have a room for us they tried to get one prepared somebody was in it. Tried to get another one wasn't clean.

Was in town for hockey games. Price was unmatched compared to other hotels in town. Reviews made me a little nervous but the hotel was in a great location, friendly staff and I felt safe. The place had a little bit of a smell, but it is an older building. Shower worked, heat/air worked, tv worked. Will stay again if the need arises.

The area is where thete are creeps and the area is a few minutes from the share house

The room I booked was full. They offered a room with disgusting dirty stained carpet. The next hadn’t been cleaned so I helped clean it. The manager said she could fix the broken shower knob she couldn’t so I had to shower in a different room. Most amenities weren’t working. The TV in my room didn’t really work. The manager said she would bring a different cable box she didn’t. The fitted sheet on BOTH beds had big orange and black stains I wondered if they were even washed. I left my room to shower and realized my key didn’t work so I couldn’t get in. I informed a staff member that I needed help gettin back in. I finished showering and all the staff was gone. I repeatedly called the front desk no one answered. I had to walk across the parking lot to the front desk in pajamas, wet towel on my head in my slippers in temps below zero for a key. I told the owner I was extremely unsatisfied and wanted a full refund. He said yes. I got the refund receipt and the amount wasn’t even close to what I paid. I booked through Expedia and the room rate they listed was different than the hotels receipt. After hours and hours of back and forth calling neither business will take accountability. They both blame the other. After the continuous issues at the hotel I wonder if they intentionally lowered my bill before issuing the refund so it appeared I paid less or if Expedia’s customer service is really that bad. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel!! Don’t recommend!

We payed extra for a king size bed and they gave us a room with one double bed only. Told us they didn’t have any other rooms available but also didn’t offer a cheaper rate for the room. Also TV didn’t work, which we didn’t need but the next guests might want to use.

I did not stay there. The guy in front of me in line had been waiting for over an hour. He said that they had checked him into a room, and when he entered the room someone else was already checked in. My friend and I did not feel safe so we found a different hotel to stay at.
