El servicio del personal, sobretodo de leydis Smith, excelente servicio

Me gustaron las instalaciones, muy cerca del aeropuerto y del principal paseo peatonal de la costanera. Y muy cerca de la playa. La atención muy amable y personalizada. Destaco la atención de Hillary, jefa de servicios, muy atenta Además las instalaciones están bien pensadas y también me parece ideal para todo tipo de huéspedes, familias numerosas, pequeñas y personas con problemas de movilidad.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD If I could give it 0 STARS i would During our stay, no alcohol was being served due to government elections. This was not disclosed at the time of booking or before arrival. Since alcoholic beverages were part of the all-inclusive package we paid for, this was a major part of the service that was not provided. In addition, the restaurant options were extremely limited. On the first day, we were not allowed to use the restaurants at all. On the second day, one of the two restaurants was closed, and the other had no tables available. As a result, the only option available was a very poor-quality buffet. Because of this, the hotel did not provide the all-inclusive experience that was advertised and paid for. The lack of alcohol service, limited restaurant access, and poor food options significantly affected the value and quality of our stay. Shower had no water for 1 day so I couldn't even shower and the hotel did nothing to HELP.

Las instalaciones y la ubicacion así como el trato de los chicos del bar y actividades y la oportunidad de quedarnos hasta la hora de salida del vuelo

Pues mi pareja y yo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente, pues nos entregaron algo tarde la habitacion y cuando no la entregaron ya era de alguien mas, baje a buscar la solucion y me entregaron una habitacion diferente a la solicitada, aunque agradezco que me hicieran el cambio al dia siguiente a la habitacion solicitada.

La ubicación es linda, la playa que tienen en frente es bonita, sin embargo no tienen sillas en la playa o servicio en la playa. La comida es de normal para buena. Lo positivo es que puedes visitar los otros decameron. El restaurante isleño fue lo mejor.

La comida y las bebidas alcoholicas pudieron ser mejor.
