"La peor reserva que he tenido"

Hoteles como este no deberían estar funcionando, las instalaciones se encuentran en muy mal estado, las fotos no corresponden a la realidad , la asistencia de parte del personal es cero. No contestan las líneas de teléfono no atiendes los requerimientos a la habitación

Es ina estafa. La foto q tiene Booking está lejos de la verdad. Si bien es cierto q el hotel bordea el mar, no tiene playa y el mar está sucio y fétido. A pesar de haber reservado con ustedes al llegar no teníamos habitación..hubo q esperar una hora para confirmar si nos qdábamos o no en el hotel.

El Internet no finciona en las habitaciones. No te dan información oportuna. Te hacen ver q tienen un club de playa y ni siquiera te puedes bañar en la playa porque está igual que la del hotel, sucia y fétida. Matamos cucarachas en la habitación cada día para un total de 4. La gente en su mayoría maneja mala actitud.
