Lo que más me gustó fue que el hotel era pequeño, el muelle, el restaurante frente al mar, la habitación estaba limpia. Todos los días la asearon, la comida estaba rica aunque debería tener platos autóctonos de la isla. La mayoría de la gente se va a sus tours entonces la playa del hotel queda con muy pocas personas y se puede descansar. Que el viaje en lancha hacia el acuario es gratis y las veces que quieras.

A las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, hay detalles por ejemplo de la habitación que se deben pulir, porque se ve como vieja y deteriorada. Me impresionó demasiado el baño que está junto al restaurante, en serio, parece baño de cafetería de barrio, estaba limpia, pero inodoros y enchapes viejos. Las almohadas incómodas. Los tours no son cómodos, quise hacer el tour a San Andrés y no lo ofrecen sino unos días desde el hotel cuando debería ser todos los días. Quise ir a Jhony Cayó y que tenía que ir hasta el centro para que me recogieran. La verdad si hay una agencia de turismo, es porque el turista debe tener toda la facilidad de movilizarse y no transportarse por su cuenta, más cuando no conoce la isla o viaja solo. Si está la agencia en la oficina que los tours salgan de ahí mismo. Música con alto volumen. Muchas algas en la playa que no es playa. Me parece que es muy costoso para no tener playa y tener que pagar costos adicionales para ir a otras playas.

The hotel DOES not have a beach, the picture are over 3 years old from before they had hurricanes. The hotel is super run down. It looks nothing like the pictures. The customer service was awful and the transportation getting out of the hotel is super disorganized. I would not stay here, especially for the price!

Was the worse the place to pass a vacation. I traveled over 100 different locations in the world and this was the worse place I’ve ever stayed. From the old and dirty installations, to the cockroaches and worms in the rooms, and worst of all the mean, rude, and poorly trained staff. I paid a 7 day vacation and could only stay for 1 night and I preferred to buy a flight back home instead of staying in that place. Would not recommend, if u plan on going to vacation here preferably stay at your home.

The pictures to this place are decieving. The hotel is old and falling apart. The service was awful, they make most people wait until 5 or 530pm to check into rooms as they dont have enough staff to clean the place. The food is poor meat was tough to chew and some of the fruit was passed due. The room we stayed in the AC did not work and you can see mold build up as the dont clean the vents. We had to argue with the hotel manager until finally at 12AM they gave up another room. Its by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. This hotel is deceiving so please dont go by the pictures it says it has a private beach and yes they have a small piece however you cant swim there because its full of seaweed and they only have one person with a wheel barrael removing the seaweed. At no time can the beach be used as the water looks black due to so much seaweed, Horribel hotel they should be ashamed to provide such bad service.
