I had 2 one bdrm suites. One was nice clean well lit. The other old appliances, bathroom old musty dim toilet didn’t flush well, stained sofa, old furniture. Was relocated by Expedia n didn’t expect no AC. Both extremely hot. Will not Recommend.

property did not have air conditioning, fan broke and was unable to be replaced per management. lots of bugs, insects and birds inside of property. property location and was good with its amenities.
Beautiful grounds. Very comfortable and clean. Beach was minutes away. Athletic center was across the street for pool, jacuzzi, gym. Super easy to get around and the birds and flowers were just amazing🌺
The cleaning fee is ridiculous it’s a lot of money, it’s non Refundable and you have to take your dirty towels to the front desk yourself and get clean ones plus toilet paper, shampoo all of that you have to go get yourself if you want a maid to actually come into your room there is ridiculous extra charge each time. (Not the cleaning charge) The room is nice! And the property is clean and nice.. my kids loved the pool it’s across the street but the walk was not long. I didn’t like the beach towel cards you get a towel card for each person in your group but if you miss place one or any it’s-an expensive fee per card I didn’t dare use them Incase I lost one plus I couldn’t find the place to get the beach towels (different from the pool towels) it’s close to Poipu Beach and that was our favorite lots of turtles and the sand was amazing and the water was warm.
I loved the grounds, beautiful plants and gardens. Was a bit noisy from Poipu Road.
The property and location is great. The rooms are quite dated, and I wish there was a pool on the property.
The property is in the dryest part of Kauai so chances of sunshine good. Winds kick up in Jan and Feb so be aware. Able to cross street to shopping, dining and convenience store. Beach access is good and surfing classes on property. Uber is unpredictable so get a rental car if staying here. Lots of things are drivable around the area.
We loved everything about the Kiahuna Plantation. Our room was large and we had gorgeous views of the ocean from our 2nd story lanai (porch). The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner daily. The bathroom was also large and the shower was comfortable. We sat out on the lanai for breakfast every morning and watched the tropical birds. The grounds were impeccably maintained and it felt like being in a botanical garden just to walk around the property. It was a 2-minute walk to the beach, and less than 10 minutes walking to Poipu beach to see the seals, sea turtles, and amazing snorkeling. I would recommend this resort highly to couples and families. Thank you to the very friendly staff as well.
