Hotel Avenida Gran Via

very nice staff, very helpful, however did find a hair in my bed.

Good Hotel in the middle of all but the beds not comfortable

We stayed at this hotel a couple of nights. The hotel is extremely well located in the center of Madrid, walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Staff was friendly. As for the room, the amenities were a bit used and old fashioned but comfortable. If you are not used to sleeping with noise this may not be the perfect place for you. Our window was overlooking the street and at night we could hear a few people still partying on the street but nothing too loud. Overall, this was good value for money! I would definitely go back there.

The cleaning and staff was okay. The bed was so uncomfortable. AC didn’t work. Not even a 2 stars hotel

The location of this hotel is very good but it is too noisy for stay, no matter day or night. Also the climate control in the room is not working properly. It is too hot for us while we sleep. Not recommend for stay.

Hotel is in a great location. Room very basic however did not have English cable news or a refrigerator. Affordable though

Could not have been more central . Just off the Gran Via with plenty of cafes , bars ,restaurants on the doorstep .

Front desk personnel were extremely helpful. Location is great. Room very comfortable. Restaurant in lobby very convenient and good.

Centrally located on Gran Via. Room just right for the price. Basic room but meets the need for a comfortable and safe place.

Fantastic location. Very friendly & accommodating staff who upgraded the room to a bigger one after our second traveler arrived. Rooms are fine for 1 person, but for 2 it's a little tight and I can't imagine more than 2 staying there. Clean but you can tell it's a little worn out & the furniture & decor, while hip, could be upgraded. Overall great value for what you pay.
