Hotel Campanile Leicester

Ideal location for where I was working Good value for money Decoration a little tired Staff were excellent and helpful Breakfast was excellent and served early from 6:30am

Found the rooms very small. No phone.

The staff were delightful and extremely helpful. I had two issues, my room wasn't cleaned on the Sunday of my stay and the inflated bar prices. I paid £16.99 for a bottle of wine that I could have bought for under £5 at the local supermarket. I expect a mark up, you need to make a profit but I thought this was way too much.

A clean comfortable hotel, very close to the city centre, though that also meant a lot of traffic noise throughout the night even with the window shut. On site parking was a great plus. Rather disappointed that in this day and age, wifi was not free.

Lovely hotel staff and service, room was very clean and tidy. Only downside was the warm weekend made it difficult as the hotel doesn't have AC or fans which made it difficult to sleep.

Price is good for the location of the hotel but we did have to request to change our room 3 times as everytime the rooms either smelled of smoke or damp. Despite this the reception were quite helpful and moved us immediately. Room overall is basic but ok for a one night stop over in Leicester.

Dirty towels, no WiFi, loud rooms not soundproofed

Pretty well located, but the area directly behind the hotel where you have to walk into town is filthy. It may not belong to the hotel, but it is not nice having to walk through all the rubbish. The hotel itself had friendly helpful staff and the roims were as expected. I would stay afain.

The location , clean simple and practical little budget Hotel. Only gripe was the Car Park was full when we returned after a night out , probably should have reserved our spot when we checked in. The other only gripe was tge mattress on the beds are well past their sell by date .
