The Franklin on Rittenhouse, A Boutique Hotel

The Atmosphere is so amazing, and the service is exceptional. The Franklin staff gives the most incredible experience from check in until check out.

My husband and I stayed here for a night to celebrate my birthday. The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. When we arrived Dasha helped carry up our bags and get us settled. She was extremely kind. Throughout the night she was there for all of our needs! When we checked out, Stephan helped carry our luggage to the car and ensure we were all set. Even the staff at the breakfast were so sweet. Will definitely be back here for our next visit! Thank you :)

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Franklin on Rittenhouse. The room was extremely comfortable and having an in-room gas fireplace was exactly what I needed during the snow and cold. The hotel is clean, staff is professional yet friendly, and I would absolutely stay here again in future. No complaints.

It was a beautiful, boutique hotel with excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, we loved the Belle Epoque room and it was tastefully done and very comfortable. The breakfast was good too and the speakeasy is such a cool vibe. Def would come again and look forward to our next trip.

This was our second stay at The Franklin on Rittenhouse. We stayed again because we so enjoyed our first stay last August, and we will return in the future. We love the location, just off Rittenhouse Square. We parked the car and walked everywhere, to restaurants, to the Museum of Art, to the Barnes Foundation. We love this boutique hotel, tucked away, with a wonderful bar that's open in the evening. The rooms are nicely appointed. Beds are comfortable. We wish every room had two chairs for reading, but this is an issue at many hotels. Here at The Franklin, staff brought us a second chair. That's because the staff are terrific, and they really try to please. The continental breakfast is very nice. I love that the yogurt parfaits are made with plain yogurt and come deconstructed, so the granola doesn't get soggy. Also, bagels and lox! The Franklin is a jewel.

Rooms a bit tired - small - photos on line look a lot better - A/C not great- finishes need refreshing-paint- shower not really fully working - had to park 4 blocks away

Our family stayed with us at the Franklin on Rittenhouse Hotel for our wedding weekend. Everyone had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The gentleman who worked at the front desk was also incredibly helpful- we truly couldn't have done it without him! We will certainly be staying again. We also used the larger room for my bridal suite to get ready in which was perfect!
