It was quiet and relaxing

The Internet was out the entire time we were there, even after I spent an entire morning, trying to figure out how to restart it at the direction of the property managers

We really loved everything. It is walking distance to town, which is a HUGE plus, because parking is so expensive. The view was fabulous and the place is very comfortable, and with all the amenities needed. I've stayed at many places in Kona and I would definitely return. I would love to live there. I loved that I could here the waves at night.

The view was absolutely spectacular, especially the sunset. Relatively quiet, comfortable space, having two bathrooms was great, parking was also included.

We arrived an hour early - I emailed to be able to unlock the door early which was granted. I had also called and the person on the phone told me that is was not possible to arrive early, glad that they were incorrect.

Location was good, walking distance to Kona downtown. Right at the coast with beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped and had even Tupperware for taking food on day trips. The complex has a nice, quiet pool and a hot tub that is well maintained

The Wi-Fi is so slow that it is basically unusable:( and cell service is slowed down inside the building due to big concrete walls. The apartment was not super clean, had some ants in the kitchen when we arrived and is a bit dark. AC is either blasting super cold so you can't sleep at night or have to turn it off. Also, be prepared that no shower gel is provided, only soap and that is not sufficient to get the mineral sunscreen off. No cleaning service during the stay.

Customer Service was great. The overall location was amazing and the condition of the condo property and condo were great.

We had a weird smell in the condo and had to use an air fresher to mask the smell but the condo management company did a great job of handling the situation.

Very beautiful apartment overlooking the beach from the balcony. The beach was very close to the apartment. The indoor laundry was amazing and worked properly.The bedroom had ac which worked properly. The kitchen is packed nicely (pots and pans only) not any spices. The ac worked perfectly in the living room.

The biggest disappointment was the internet. It didn’t work at all. We couldn’t even load emails. This is how bad the internet was. We had to buy mobile data for the week. The pictures shown in booking.com is not the apartment we got. The company had multiple apartments in the compound. The bedroom windows didn’t close. It was loud when people were walking by and cars driving in the morning.
