Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect – 10/10! A special thank you to the reception staff and the room service team. They went above and beyond by helping us with milk for our young children whenever we needed it, which made our stay so much easier. I also accidentally left our passports in the room after checking out. The staff contacted me immediately, and thanks to their quick response, recovering them was smooth and stress-free. Outstanding service, warm hospitality, and genuine care for their guests. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!
