En revanche, je n’ai pas apprécié la restauration. La qualité des produits ne correspond pas au niveau attendu d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. De plus, les mêmes produits sont souvent proposés, sans véritable effort pour varier les menus ou offrir une expérience culinaire plus soignée et de meilleure qualité

L’hôtel est bien digne d’un cinq étoiles. Le personnel est très professionnel et on sent bien qu’il a le soucis de la satisfaction client. Les chambres sont propres avec une excellente literie. La thalassothérapie est géniale. J’ai réservé deux chambres dont une double standard et à notre arrivée on m’a fait une agréable surprise, un surclassement en suite junior vue sur la mer et je tiens à vous remercier pour ce cadeau. C’est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet établissement et je le recommande vivement. Néanmoins, une petite remarque sur les douches Italiennes des chambres, elles sont en contrepentes, l’écoulement de l’eau ne vas pas vers les caniveaux de douche mais vers l’intérieur de la salle de bain. Donc sol des salles de bain toujours mouillé. Je suis un professionnel de la construction et j’avais déjà remarqué cette malfaçon lors de mon précédent passage, cinq ans en arrière.

Nous avons apprécié surtout l'accueil chaleureux de toute la Team. Un Grand Merci à Ilyes, Anissa, Zineb, Chokri, Makram, Semeh, ... Grâce à vous nous avons passé un agréable séjour, nous reviendrons bientôt et au plaisir de vous revoir :)

Lovely hotel. Very quiet and relaxing. Lots of private sunbathing areas, 3 pools. Very clean and tidy. Staff wash all the outside paving every morning. Good choice of food, fresh every day. Tried both Tunisian and Italian restaurant, very good, huge portions. (Although service a little rushed). All staff are helpful and friendly. Small tips get you excellent service. If you want noise, activities, kids club etc stay next door at Bel Azul (3 star). Worth paying the extra for 5 star at Royal Azul if you want a bit more luxury all round and to chill. The indoor pool and thermal spa is wonderful (pay extra). Had 2 treatments which were well worth the money. Drinks not brilliant, wine barely palatable, poor cocktails but ok for the price. You can pay extra for branded drinks. Main criticism no early check in. Arrived at hotel 10.30 and check in 2.30. Had to hang about in high heat. Recommend pack your swim stuff and sun cream on top of suitcase and change in the loo. My single room (sea view) had 3 massive wardrobes. My sister and partner had a garden room only had 1 small wardrobe so had to keep most of their clothes in their suitcase all week. Would recommend if you’re happy to put up with arrears of criticism. I would return.
