Our stay in May 2026 at the Royal Azur Thalasso Hammamet was simply perfect — a true 10/10 experience in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team. A special thanks goes to Hana and Chokri, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a remarkable difference. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite with a stunning ocean view. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for our entire stay. The hotel itself is exceptional: elegant, clean, and perfectly located. The atmosphere is both relaxing and refined, making it an ideal destination for a peaceful getaway. A highlight of our experience was the spa. The quality of care and professionalism there were outstanding. We would like to sincerely thank Islam and Rawdha, the kinesitherapists, for their excellent work. Their expertise, dedication, and personalized approach made the treatments incredibly beneficial and enjoyable. Everything — from the service to the facilities — exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable.

"Just a really nice place to be.."

So first of all, the hotel is 5 stars but I think everyone knows that's unlikely to measure up to some other European countries version of 5 stars...but forget that because from the moment you walk through the doors you are made extremely welcome by all the reception staff who literally can't do enough for you (but without being over the top) The reception and bar area is beautiful and the outside pool areas are absolutely stunning,they are constantly cleaned and would put many other 5 star hotels to shame, the pool toilets are immaculate all day Where it doesn't quiet measure up is some of the rooms, which feel a bit old fashioned (not dated, just old fashioned) they lack some wardrobe space and are a bit quirky, but again exceptionally maintained The food is buffet style but really very good, a lot of it isn't labeled so something to consider if you have allergies..although I understand if you inform the hotel of this they will look after and cater for you..just something to consider Regards tipping, you really don't have to but we did, the odd 5 (£1) or 10 (£2) Dinar really does go along way, but it isn't expected and the staff don't linger for it...but if you do tip every now and again at the bar and certainly at dinner you will feel a difference ...but please don't feel you have to do it constantly because you don't Entertainment was very low key at night...if you want more action on an evening pop to the sister hotel next door who have cabaret etc on apparatntly Regards the location, I didn't go out too much but felt completely safe when I did and there were no issues, it's worth wrapping something around your wrist so you don't get constantly approach by something claiming to work at your hotel, but even if you do, they aren't pushy, just smile say no and keep walking The shops directly outside the hotel are very chilled and much cheaper than the onsite shop so walk over there and give your locals the money I'm not sure I can think of anywhere you will get better value for money than Tunisia and specifically this hotel

Thank you Royal Azur Hotel for a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, the service was excellent, and the complimentary room upgrade was a very kind gesture that truly made my stay even better.

My only comments are that the mosquito issue around the outdoor breakfast and dinner areas needs attention, and the air conditioning in one of the rooms in our suite was not working properly. Unfortunately, we had to contact reception almost every night to have it fixed.

Le calme et la sérénité des lieux. Nous remercions Madame Hana ainsi que Madame Zainet à la réception pour les excellents renseignements et leurs agréables gentillesses, pour le travail de toutes réservations de restaurants 🤩. La plage est magnifique avec une bonne restauration dans un petit coin de paradis au bord de l'eau les pieds dans le sable, et Monsieur Karim très efficace et gentil au bar de la plage Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est extrêmement accueillant .

Un séjour exceptionnel dans un véritable 5 étoiles ⭐️ Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Grand merci à chef réception Ilyes très professionnel, souriante Hana et Zaineb la responsable relation client toujours à l’écoute. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme, le confort et la qualité du service tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendront avec grand plaisir!

Quelle belle surprise cette hôtel est une vrai découverte côté architecture et surtout côté personnel, le personnel de la réception est tellement gentil, serviable et chaleureux une mention spéciale pour Mr ilyes merci beaucoup et je reviendrai sûrement pour profiter de vos service luxueux

Facturation de mon séjour total 14 nuits à l'arrivée Pour un problème familial j'ai dû le lendemain de mon arrivée annuler la dernière semaine je précise que ma réservation était remboursable Le manager a refusé de me rembourser 1 semaine Je suis toujours en attente du remboursement moins ma facture d'extraordinaire J'ai remis mon RIB j'attends toujours Je considère que cela est inadmissible , je vais attendre encore une semaine, ensuite je vais engager des poursuites , Je précise que Booking devrait intervenir ,je vais leur demander Je vous déconseille de remettre votre carte de crédit à l'arrivée
