Royal Azur Thalassa

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber! Das gesamte Personal sehr kundenorientiert! Besonderen Dank unserer Putzfee, als auch den Damen Zaineb und Hanna an der Rezeption :). Wir konnten unser Abendessen gegen das Mittagessen tauschen, was für uns wirklich toll war. Das macht nicht jedes Hotel. Vielen Dank dafür!

Der Weg von der Anlage zum Strand ist nicht wirklich ansprechend! Auch die Ausstattung des Hauptrestaurant war nicht schön. Es gab viel Essen, was jedoch die Auswahl und vor allem die Qualität negativ beeinflußt hat. Auch das Problem mit dem Warmhalten der Speisen gab es.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the food, the swimming pool and the beach! We were given an upgrade by Hana and Ilyes who were very kind and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms are renovated and clean with a magnificent sea view. I highly recommend this hotel!!

非常喜欢的酒店，我不小心把手机丢在走廊的地上，被清洁员工捡到，她们追出来，我们的大巴已经离开。后来我终于拿回手机，令我感恩万分。 另外，酒店的大堂经理太好了，因为我们订了双床房而他给升级了房间，所以没有了双床房。我们要求找回双床，他忙前忙后的跑，一直到拿出我们最喜欢的方案，还送了水果。 我们预定了两顿餐食，餐厅服务大叔都很友善，他们开心地工作着。餐食供应很丰富，是我们在北非一行吃的最好的几天。 酒店安排的接机也是性价比满满，迦太基机场到酒店一部9人大车 也就90 欧。 泳池很干净，人也少，水温恰好。

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre expérience à l’hôtel royal azur. Le personnel était accueillant, chaleureux, disponible et surtout aux petits soins. Tout était très propre et la nourriture était délicieuse. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation.☺️
