"It was ok..not a great area of town, especially around the nearby Tims"

"Boutique Hotel in the heart of Orillia"

Love everything about this cute boutique Hotel The walk in shower was wonderful

Toilet was too low for anyone over 5 ft or didn't practice daily squats This is my only complaint

"It’s clean , beds comfortable, staff helpful"

Location is great just walking distance to the lake , close to restaurants.

Room had small window and it was covered with overgrown bushes from outside .

Love the location to multiple restaurants and the water. It's a historical hotel that has been fully remodeled to a modern look. The beds and pillows are super comfortable.

Breakfast is limited to the usual continental yucky packaged stuff. We have a coffee and take a piece of fruit and wait for lunch.
