Fantastic location, hotel amenities and staff. We loved our visit and will be back

Very nice, but we wish you would turn off the music earlier than 10 PM, or at least turn the volume down. Room 504 could use some chairs

Perfect location on the square of Paso Robles. Nice property.

Hotel somewhat dated, although recent room renovations brought rooms up to a more modern standard.

The staff at The Piccolo were very helpful and courteous. The room was nicely laid out but the bathroom showed signs of age. The faucet was corroded and the water flow weak. The shower head had very weak water flow. The in room coffee maker was terrible. At a hotel of this sort there should be good coffee makers!

Mattress was terrible

From check in to check out there were issues. Alicia the lady who checked me in double charged my card for incidentals, then had to call me to let me know after all that she didn’t have my card in file and that I need it for incidentals. At check out she called me to let me know she needs it to charge me for resort fee and parking. So it’s not for incidentals. I prepaid my hotel and the hotel package I had already charged me for resort fee and taxes. My package should have included gym access, valet, and shuttle which were never mentioned nor provided. It was hard to find self parking during restaurant hours. Had to circle around to find one and had a long walk to a room At the back building. I should have paid attention to one of the reviews that warned about this. I had to say although the room was nice, it was kind of creepy in that ballroom building and the service is just not there. Sadly in spite of the great location, and having great room, I will not be back.

The Inn was all refurbished. It was fabulous. All new and the rooms are soundproof. The staff was super helpful. The location is great but you do need a car in Paso Robles. There is a fabulous bar restaurant upstairs with live music. Alexis at the door is fabulous. Its inviting and a good time. My only complaint is paying for daily parking.

I loved the inn. They redid all the rooms and they are beautiful. The rooms are soundproof. All updated and very south western. Great location. The Inn has a fabulous bar and restaurant. There is a heated pool and firepits. The whole experience was great. I would stay there again.

We asked for a room on the second floor, but was told they were fully booked. My friend checked in later and requested the same thing and got a second floor! We ended up getting a handicap room, that we didn’t need, with a bed that was louder than loud!
