There clearly is mold in some areas of the property

The carpets are from the 80’s but they are going through a refurbishment. Swimming pool is a bit chilly maybe heat it slightly. Room service was great but they need to add wines. Only red wine is the ‘Sun City red’ and it’s not on the menu you have to specifically ask. Restaurants were good. I can especially recommend the Raj with excellent curry. The shuttles could also run more often. Thank you Sun City a good trip otherwise. Lots to keep the kids entertained. Even Kamp Kwena is lovely and safe if you want to sneak away for some adult time. Breakfast was horrific. They can’t even do a proper omelette or scrambled eggs. They don’t whisk the eggs and you end up with white and yolk separate.

The room was very clean and loved the design of the new room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We felt we didn’t know where things were. When we asked for a map at reception they didn’t have one. Generally, more information was required in the room so that guests can make the most of their stay. Daily cleaning services were excellent. Minor maintenance issues - toilet seat loose and sliding sideways and electric PowerPoint came out of wall when removing phone charger plug and created potential safety issue.

Conditions of family superior luxury rooms, were disappointing. All rooms are becoming waterlogged with the rain. Our room smelled of damp and we could not even continue or stay in the room as it smelt like a dirty mop. We requested for room to be changed, as it was unbearable.

Staff not very helpful. The cleaners were good most days.

Great overall experience. Loved the rooms and meals. Only problem during check in process as the receptionist was less interested in assisting. Love the bus drivers. They are super friendly. Definately looking forward to my next stay. ❤️❤️
