Sun City Hotel and Casino

It’s very spacious, modern and convenient when traveling with family. Me and my family had a lovely trip here, the activities accommodate people of all ages. The food was delicious, a variety of our favorite dishes were served. Guest rooms are an absolute 5 star

The rooms at the Sun City Hotel were not very clean, and to cap it all off they stole valuables out of my kids room and all the hotel could say after 4 months of no action was they could not find anything from their investigation. Poor management and customer service.

We had such a great time, soich fin and activities my children could not stop talking about how much they loved the food,the environment everything there was just so Wonderful.i would definitely recommend it to others as a family outing and holiday

Recently visited sun city resort, best customer services, the staff is great... Room service always on time. Will be coming back room. Thank you so much for the beautiful service and delicious food. Highly recommended. Please check it out

Overall positive experience although in some aspects bit over priced.

We stayed over for one night before checking into our Sun vacation unit. There was no hot water which was shocking! We previously had excellent service but the hot water really put me off booking here again… We also indicated no marketing when checking in and my husband received an sms from one of your partners once we had gained access to the hotel room. Had a huge argument with manager instead of owning up to the mistake he blamed it on the computer?

The entire hotel requires a face lift. Lack of staff as well. When trying to get issues sorted at reception and ordering food and drinks by the pool. We got loved 3 times for our room. 1st room has Ants in it, 2nd room was an accessibility room. And we finally got issued a room that was suitable.

Suncity Hotel has a million potential , i feel it is too expensive( booked at expedia) the place needs lots of housekeeping/maintenance and it is a pitty because the infrastructure is there !

Friendly staff and efficient service but the infrastructure ageing.

The staff were exceptional. I arrived in Johannesburg at 0400hrs. Arrived at the Hotel at 0800hrs. The manager was brilliant in allowing a very early check in by 0830 hours. Normal check in time is 1400hrs. We really appreciated the early check in as we had been travelling all day. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant.
