Location is good, overall property is good.

The doors were broken. The shower heads are extremely short. The entire condo was extremely dirty. The oven had residue that created smoke and set off the smoke alarm. The pillows were disgusting. The door stop at the front door almost broke a toe and is very dangerously if one was to accidentally fall on it especially kids. Ceiling fans were terrible. One of the bedrooms window curtain had to be rigged just to obtain privacy. Pools were not very clean. Front door to room was not closing properly. Safe didn't work. Hair clogged in the bathtub drain. bathroom vanity door did not work properly. Room sleeps 12 but did not have enough kitchen silverware to accommodate 12 guests. Also curtain in the dinning area was broken. One toilet did not flush properly. Hair dryer was nasty and didn't blow heat.

The place is dirty and parking is impossible. Not enjoyable

I liked that the property was neat. Everything was right there. The restaurants. The water park was right across the way. I was able to bring my water cooler in the park. The only thing I didn't like was that I thought that I was getting a water park view. There was a parking garage view and no water park. When I called for fresh towels. It took a few hours before I got them, but with no wash clothes. They ran out. I will come again. We did love the water park though.

Great time at the property. From the waterpark to the beach being so close . This will be added to my summer vacation list for sure !!!!

I love how everything was within walking distance & I felt very safe with my daughter at the water park, all of the staff were very respectful & helpful. The only con was the beds were super firm but would still definitely come back again.

The property feels pretty old but otherwise, it was nice!

My family and I had an amazing experience! We had a 3bdroom condo and it was clean and well kept! We’ll be returning!
