Sand Dunes Resort and Suites

It’s a great location for family vacation. Realistically you never have to leave because they have options and everything you need.

Water bugs and roaches in room and hallways, blinds were broken, had to keep curtains closed so others won't see us going to elevators. Housekeeping came in room to replenish towels and didn't close door shut, jewelry was in room and ring was missing. talked to host downstairs and they said sorry it happens and just put it in list and found online. Will not visit again. I paid a lot of money to have the kind of horrible stay

Is the best my kids love it everything is close

Overall "good" experience. Hotel: Dirty bed sheets. Kitchen was mostly clean. Bathroom was clean.Blacony door hard to slide open (no maintenance). A/C working well. Decent fridge. Outdated TVs but working fine. Beach: overall very good. Lifeguards always present and active. overcrowded with rental umbrellas. Water park: okay but bit disappointing, looks better in photos than in reality. Red slide landing too short (hit the end wall of slide) blue slide kept getting stuck (not enough water?) Yellow fine. Resort: smell of sewage walking between beach/buildings. Parking: tight to navigate/drive garage ramps. Weekends, parking is overcrowded. Weekdays fine. Restaurants: food/service was very good.

A little outdated but not a bad place to stay

The staff was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. My kids were begging to book next summer as we were packing our bags to check out this summer!

Dirty and very dated

The room was dirty the floor was filthy

I really liked the pool they have. The cleanliness could be better but they definitely accommodated us to a new room till it was to our satisfaction.
