Kimpton Hotel Fontenot by IHG

We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Hotel Fontenot! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The location was perfect, the happy hour was a great bonus, and we loved how incredibly dog-friendly the hotel is. The highlight of our stay was our favorite valet, Ross. His kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. He always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you to Ross and the entire team for making our New Orleans trip so memorable. We look forward to coming back! 🐾❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Front desk team, Jerná, Raye, and Moe were spectacular in helping me with last minute requests for a meeting taking place at the hotel. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, centrally located, and made it easy to explore everything in the area. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Semaj and Jesseca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and Lionel, Jacob, and Art were all incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made a lasting impression. The food and drinks were delicious, and we really enjoyed the social hour—it was a fun way to relax and connect after a day of exploring. Overall, an outstanding hotel with a fantastic team, great amenities, and a perfect location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic service, beautiful amenities

Excellent stay. Service was spectacular. Have stayed at great hotels and the service here was comparable to the best hotels. Also, great location near all the main areas but nicely set aside. Hotel suite was spacious and well appointed. Lobby and restaurants were very nice. Would highly recommend and this stay will cause me to look for Kimptons when traveling.

First time in New Orleans and we experienced the Southern Hospitality right at Hotel Fontenot! From checking in to checking out, our stay was nothing but pleasant. Jerná at the front desk deserves a shoutout - thank you!
