USThere was NO breakfast! All the web and brochures said there was a lovely breakfast but when I got there I was told they no longer provided breakfast. They need to change their website and other marketing materiel.

USThe Crow’s Nest room was so well-appointed and comfortable—and had a wonderful view of the ocean! Marshall made sure we had everything we needed during our stay☺️
The lack of breakfast was a disappointment
GBMy husband and I stayed in the Crow’s Nest room here for 3 nights and loved it!! Marshall contacted us on our travel day to Rockport to let us know our room would be ready at 1:00 if we wanted an early check-in. Very thoughtful! The view from our room was so lovely and we had bottled water and coffee pods replenished daily. Sadly, Marshall has had to suspend breakfast service this year but we ate out 2 mornings in lovely little cafés within walking distance (Brew Brothers, Hula Moon). Nice to have the free parking and a goof value for the $$ since the inn is so close to everything in downtown Rockport!
Had a great stay in the Dog Watch room at Addison Choate. This was a two story place with living/kitchenette on first floor, and bedroom and bath on second. The decor was very creative, with updated and modern kitchenette and bath. The bath had a shower that reminded us of a phone booth but all glass. Lol! Bed was very comfortable, and host was always responsive with a little welcoming basket to greet us. The downstairs had a small patio with chairs but they faced the parking lot, so really not very useful except to load and unload. The stairs inside were very steep so, although the living area provided light, a light on the stairs would have been helpful. The outside was also very cute, and located within walking distance of town, which was what I wanted. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved staying here! It was perfect! The room was comfortable and well decorated. We had everything we needed and it is a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and the ocean. We will definitely be back and recommend staying here without hesitation!

There used to be breakfast, but stopped due to cost... I suggest a paid option for it
This was our first visit and we loved everything. We will definitely return.
