Grounds were gorgeous

Felt dated! Pool area not nice, needs a good makeover as does most of the hotel. Price of drinks was just ridiculous! Very expensive and wouldn't stay there again unless a very good deal

Yeah nice.

The inside of bathroom door at the bottom was corroded rusty and badly water damaged. The sink although cosmetically nice to look at was not fit for purpose with the faucet in place. Splashing was unavoidable.

Good location and the rooms had aircon. Staff were friendly.

Worn, tired and dull sums up the bedrooms and the common areas. The wedding area is nice though but very different to the hotel.

We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were beautiful meals. That even catered well for the teenagers. The rooms were very comfortable and we had the best nights sleep. The rooms were so clean. We stayed here for Warner Bros Studios the next day which was only a few minutes drive from there. Super easy for parking and we loved the grounds to have a stroll around.

Nothing, it was all brilliant.

We chose this hotel because we were going to do The Harry Potter tour , it was literally 10 minutes away which was ideal. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice.
