Staff was pleasant and cleanliness was good

Didn't look like pictures, it was run down and it need of repairs, there was paint flaking off the walls not only the the room but also all other areas of the hotel, all the skirting boards were scuffed and marked. There was loads of great pictures on the listing but it almost seemed like we were shoved into the back of a the run down country club, nothing like the pictures. Even floor in communal areas was completely different, run down tile and laminate flooring, not the black and white floor that was portrayed in pictures. We stayed there to be close to Harry Potter World but we will stay in Watford next time. Whole place is in a dire need of renovation.

Lovely hotel grounds are lovely staff were helpful and polite rooms had all the essentials needed. Hotel was peaceful enjoyed gaving breakfast. Bar was nice good drinks selection. Great location for the warner brothers harry potter studio tour.

Lors du petit déjeuner, le personnel n’a pas dit bonjour et ne nous a pas remarqué dommage. Revoir le ménage car des poussières et taches sur la literies et la salle de bain
