Room was clean and bed comfy

Unsure why the room was classed as deluxe king. Shower flooded bathroom floor Room very small Bed squeaked when you moved Tired paint work Reception staff unwelcoming, no smile or eye contact

Very close to Warner Bros Studio.

There was no hot water for the shower in the morning. When paying a decent amount you'd expect it to work.

Location and grounds were amazing.

Wedding going on and we were put in a family room above wedding venue which was very noisy until early hours. Breakfast was not enjoyable my daughter was served raw sausage. We had to wait for breakfast to be replenished and ended up just settling for what came out. So we were very disappointed overall. Pool was not available on sat until 2pm due to swimming lesson going on. So my grandson missed out.

"Was alright and did the job"

The hotel was nice and clean and the grounds was beautiful

The shower in the morning was cold , reception staff mentioned the boiler was playing up . The walls are also very thin so could hear everything from other rooms and other guests who had no consideration with the tv volume being loud . Not the hotels fault with this one

Nice quiet place. The staff were friendly. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.The swimming pool was nice and warm. The location without a car is difficult.

We were there only for one night after Harry Potter park and left in the morning. The location without a car is difficult

Location is stunning

Seemed short staffed in the restaurant when we had our dinner but the manager and one girl serving absolutely smashed it. Food was cooked perfectly.

"Not worth it"

Didn't look like pictures, it was run down and it need of repairs, there was paint flaking off the walls not only the the room but also all other areas of the hotel, all the skirting boards were scuffed and marked. There was loads of great pictures on the listing but it almost seemed like we were shoved into the back of a the run down country club, nothing like the pictures. Even floor in communal areas was completely different, run down tile and laminate flooring, not the black and white floor that was portrayed in pictures. We stayed there to be close to Harry Potter World but we will stay in Watford next time. Whole place is in a dire need of renovation. It was like being catfished by the hotel
