"They charged me card 5 times after paying"

The jacuzzi was amazing. It was just what I needed after my cancer diagnosis.

They have tried to charge my card for the room 3-4 times. I even after I paid in full prior to check in. Even after calling and speaking to Sharif who said he would get it straight for me it was tried 2 more times. My card kept being flagged for fraud. It was a major hassle

"The best staff ever."

Great experience for my best friends wedding after party. Special shot out to Buran, Chris, and Wesley. For being so great to me and my group and letting us know about all of our amenities. Thank you to Whitney who allowed us to eat breakfast in our room the next morning because we had so much fun. All 4 of these guys deserve to be recognized and need a raise. Customer service was over the TOP
