Would not fault a single thing. The kindness of the staff was what shone through, from top to bottom.

Excellent service from all staff. The resort was incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The safari guides had a wealth of knowledge about the park and wildlife. They could answer every question with confidence and engaged our children in q and a. We really can't speak highly enough of the whole experience. On safari, we saw so many animals including lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, black and white rhinos, giraffes and so much more! Highly recommend.

The property location was great for our daily safari. The staff are welcoming and made my shy kid feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the impromptu elephant visit at lunch time and visits from Zebra’s at breakfast. I would definitely recommend the place for a family visit.

We loved every moment of our walking safari with Francois and Eugene. They made it fun, interesting and made our experience feel special.

We spent four wonderful days and nights at Kwa Maritane. On arrival, it was lovely that a bottle of fizz and tray of fruit/chocolates had been put in our room to celebrate an anniversary. The location of the hotel is superb, very quiet but so close to the amazing wildlife. Watching elephants drink at the waterhole from the restaurant balcony during breakfast was pretty special, but equally the hide is a really cool place to get close to the wildlife. We stayed full board and the food was plentiful (ideal when staying with three teenage boys!). The bar areas were an additional treat; either sitting on the leather sofas by the welcoming fire or sat out on the patio for a coffee during the day. Some of the staff in the restaurant were superb, as were some of the safari guides. Thank you Kwa Maritane…..

We chose Kwa-Maritane for a second time to celebrate our anniversary. We were surprised with a bottle of champagne and a fruit platter waiting for us in our room. That was so thoughtful. The food is always divine, and some staff members really go out of their way to make you feel special and valued.

The staf is very kind. For the children is there a lot of things to do! The room was very clean. We like this.

Love Kwa Maritane, and have been coming here for decades. We have noticed the steady acceleration of restaurant and bar refreshments prices especially since 2020, and which are now high if compared with similar restaurant and bar offerings. The result is that we will no longer eat or drink in the restaurant or bars. This trend is very disappointing, most likely fueled by taking (unreasonable?) advantage of increased foreign visitors. Don't forget 2020 Legacy, where your survival relied upon locals.

Unique location combining geology and wildlife; but ensure you have a suitable vehicle. Wonderful location for either a Family holiday or a Business conference.
