No wifi for rooms at the very top,its very Weak.Not keen on the out room Shower and toilet.But Still a Good hotel 💯

"The Price for Location Can't be Beat"

You can't beat this location, just a short walk to Victoria Station and many tramlines. There is no end to the places to eat around here, great pubs, and landmarks. The pub in the hotel is great as well for a pint and a game. The breakfast is extremely good. The staff is chill and helpful.

Getting an "inside room" (no windows) was a mistake. It was too humid in there, even for a mild June. I imagine winter would have been fine, but that was tough for me.

"Noisey toilet."

The toilet was so noisey we left. They have refused to give a refund despite the fact that we didn't stay. The building and room as a whole was very dissappointing. The bed was super uncomfortable. The location is fantastic, which is why we booked it, but I would highly encourage you to book elsewhere.

I have stayed before and always try to book here when in Manchester. Great value for money and great staff. Liam was especially welcoming and helpful.

It was a bit warm but that was mainly the weather. the cold water wasn’t really that cold.
