Welcome to our Small Family Room. Bedroom: You will be allocated one of our cozy small family rooms, within the bedroom there will be 1 x Double bed and 1 x Single bed, TV and tea & coffee making facilities. Bathroom: Our bathroom is en-suite, some of our rooms have a shower only and some may also have a bath (subject to availability - please contact us if you have a preference) this is accessed directly by the bedroom. Please note our Small family rooms are located both on the first, second floor and third floor, if you would like a low floor please reach out to us (subject to availability). Location was fantastic. Beds were comfy. Had a great sleep. Staff really helpful after I left a bag. Helped order a taxi for my bag to be dropped to airport before we departed. Thank you.

Really friendly staff throughout and the attention to detail was really welcomed (ear plugs in the room) I expected some noise as this is right in the centre if things about 5mins walk from Victoria station but them supplying some ear plugs was a nice touch - they were needed too as it was a night when the football was on! I was travelling on my own and felt quite safe as the staff didn't make it obvious in the pub area but I did feel they were looking out for me and kept checking in which was really appreciated. Excellent food throughout and some great deals both in the hotel and pub area. The breakfast (I had the yoghurt and granola bowl) was very generous in proportion and tasty too. Haven't stayed here in a long time but I will be back.

Everything was great, I did have to ask for a hairdryer though at reception.
