La comida espectacular , y el desayuno

No me gustó que en la cena tuviéramos que pagar el refresco no nos dijieron nada en el chekin , que no es por pagarlo pero se avisa , después un camarero alto con un poquito de canas en la cabeza nos trato mal en el bar porque no sabíamos que teníamos que pagar con tarjeta llevábamos efectivo y no nos dió lo refrescos en el bar por no tener tarjeta. Le dijimos te damos número de habitación nos dijo que no pero bueno por lo demás todo bien si llega a tener chapa pondría el nombre pero no tenía .

Las instalaciones, lo limpio que estaba, las piscinas, aparcamiento fácil, amabilidad del personal de piscina, recepción y limpieza.

Horarios muy adaptados a visitantes europeos, que llevan otro ritmo de vida, tanto en comidas, descansos y horario de piscina. Me refiero, es normal porque son la mayoría de clientes, pero que el servicio de comida termine a las 15.00, y la piscina a las 18.00-18.30 y quede sin socorrista, no lo veo bien para un hotel de 5 estrellas por el que se paga un dinero muy significativo. Para los que tenemos niños pequeños es una faena, porque los horarios habituales nuestros deben ser flexibles, y la hora de piscina concretamente, cuanto menos incida el sol directo, mejor.

Las instalaciones son espectaculares, no le falta de nada. El personal muy amable y atento.

La única pega es que está un poco alejado.

We have just returned from a lovely stay. The rooms were lovely and cleaned everyday. The staff entertainment were great with lots to do. We have a 9 and 13 year old and they had a great time. Food was lovely and lots to choose from. Reception staff were so helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

The hotel itself was excellent, with beautiful facilities, spacious and spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and a great shower. The pool areas were particularly impressive; the main pool was heated, while the unheated pools were still enjoyable and refreshing in the warm weather. The water park areas were well maintained and ideal for families. There were always plenty of attentive lifeguards on duty, and it was easy to find sunbeds nearby to keep an eye on children while relaxing. I also appreciated that the hotel's no-reserving-sunbeds policy was actively enforced, despite some guests complaining when towels were removed. The rules were clearly signposted throughout the resort. The staff were outstanding—friendly, hardworking, and fantastic with children. The drinks selection was also very good. While some all-inclusive guests were unhappy about additional charges for certain drinks and food items, this was not an issue for us as half-board guests. The main disappointment was the food. For a five-star hotel, I expected a higher standard in both quality and presentation. Meals were often only lukewarm, and the dining experience felt chaotic at times, with noise and queues to enter the restaurant. Breakfast, however, was excellent and easily the best meal of the day. The location is another strong point, with several excellent restaurants and bars nearby, including those at the shopping centre next door, and many more just a 15-minute walk away by the beach. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return. However, I would choose bed and breakfast rather than half-board. If the hotel improved its food offering and dining experience, it would fully deserve its five-star rating.

We stayed in room 381 which had an amazing pool view. The room was clean and spacious and beds are comfortable. It's two singles pushed together for the main bed and a sofa bed for kids staying in the room. All very comfy. TV is huge and has the ability for you to add your Netflix account. If you're travelling with children, that can be helpful to get some cool down time before bed or in the heat. Food was great. The main restaurant is buffet but with a different theme every night. It's perfect for families and if you're not coming all inclusive there are plenty of restaurants nearby to try. Take away snacks at the pool are so-so but if you're willing to sit at the outdoor cafe bar, the food is made to order and better. In terms of entertainment, the team are fantastic. Big thanks to Bruno and Kevin, my son really loved his time in kids club and in the pool activities. Evening entertainment for adults was fine. What you'd expect from a resort. Lots of British at the hotel and the staff all speak English so not as much chance to practice my Spanish as I'd have liked. I think some extra activities such as a cookery course for local cuisine (that you can pay for) would be a nice addition but honestly I'm pushing it to try to think of ways it could have been better. Lovely stay and if I went anywhere twice I'd certainly consider coming again. There is a Facebook group of regular visitors which is helpful. I recommend Siam Park, a Mount Teidi trip and a boat trip to see whales. The events organiser in reception is reasonable priced

Good bits... Nice clean hotel. Rooms made up every day. Nice pool areas. Good wifi. Nice staff. Nice rooms / bathrooms. Nice to see the no reserving sun beds rule being enforced but you'll always get one who think that rules don't apply to them even though the signs are in the lift and pool area. Not so good bits... Food very poor ( I have stayed in 3 to 4 star hotels with 5 star quality food , definitely not 5 star quality here) Whats going on with 1 of the lifts , its not been working since we arrived and was not working weeks before our visit , good luck in the Peak season. Air con needs looking as that was poor too. Quing up for meals , that could do with being looked into to speed things up. Would I stop here again?... yeah I probably would but I would go b+b because the food let's this place down , please take on board the reviews about the food and do something about it. NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL.
