Hotel is nice but the rooms are not heated. It was in the thirties and no heat. Tried to set thermostat and still no heat. Freezing cold in room and now I am sick because of no heat in the room.

Property was nice good location never did receive free breakfast like I paid for they did not have a buffet set out. They did not tell us or give us cards we had to have for breakfast found out when it was too late.

Paul hot tub gym that was all nice

I was in town for my father’s funeral and was desperately hoping for a good night’s rest after days of exhausting arrangements. While the staff was genuinely kind, the accommodations were deeply disappointing. For $240 per night, I expected far better. The mattress was the hardest I’ve ever slept on, the room felt muggy, and the WiFi was unreliable. At 3am, we requested a room change hoping it was an isolated issue — unfortunately, the second room was no better. These are simply not the quality mattresses or conditions you would expect from a Marriott property. Given the circumstances of my stay and the premium price, I found the overall experience unacceptable. I would not recommend this property and hope management takes guest comfort more seriously. Additionally the quality of the linens were terrible too. I have photos of our sheets with holes in them. Any stars given solely for the kindness of the staff.
