Hotel was awesome, Special our event food is main attraction and it well prepared and super presentations . And food taste have no words. Head Chief Mr Satish Kumar is fantastic man . And he is very cooperative and flexible

We paid almost 15,000 THB per night for the Club Executive Ocean Suite, expecting to stay in what we believed was the best room category of the hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing and did not justify the price. We arrived at 3:00 PM, which is the official check-in time. However, we were told that the room was not ready and had to wait another 45 minutes. This was already frustrating because when you pay this level of price, you expect the room to be ready at check-in time so you can actually use it. Even after we finally received the room, we were informed that our luggage would arrive another 30 minutes later. Honestly, what kind of service is this? The hotel did not seem prepared at all. Guests staying in the top room category would normally expect some form of priority, but that was clearly not the case here. When we finally entered the room, the disappointment grew more. We expected the “ocean view” in line with our room type but on reality, the room was a pool view and city view, with a glimpse of the beach. The Club Lounge afternoon tea was served as a set with very limited variety, and the quality was just ok. Nothing special. The evening offerings were similar. Compared with other club lounges of Amari, especially Amari Hua Hin, Amari Pattaya is weaker. The only highlight was that the cocktails were well made and good. Other facilities were also somewhat inconvenient. The pool closes early at 7:00 PM, and the kids club opens quite late in the morning. Breakfast is à la carte ordering style. The Thai dishes tasted good, but overall the selection was quite limited. To be fair, the staff service was generally good, and the team was polite. However, at the end of the day, this stay simply did not feel worth the price for a Club Executive Ocean Suite. If you are planning to spend around 15,000 THB per night, there are definitely better options. For example, we recently stayed at Andaz Pattaya, which was far more impressive and provided a much better overall experience.

DO NOT CHOOSE the EXECUTIVE CLUB ROOM, unless you like disturbances from very young noisy children. WE WERE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. We chose to pay extra for an Executive Club room for better quality of quietness and especially that the booking.com site indicated that the Executive Club rooms on the 18th, 19th & 20th floors did not accommodate children under 12 years old. We also chose this room type as it provided a smaller breakfast offering in more intimate space, rather than eat in the busy 3rd floor breakfast buffet. Our experience did not reflect this claim. The executive club floor rooms had quite a number of children under 12 running up and down corridors and the club lounge was like a kindergarten on our first visit for afternoon tea. There were approx. 16 small children running around the lounge screaming at the top of their voices and the staff did not ask parents to control their children. After we spoke with management about the noise, they seemed to have asked the parents to respect the quietness of this lounge. However, at breakfast time there were still many small children eating in the club lounge. There was nowhere that you could escape to to enjoy some peaceful time. My husband and I enjoy playing a QUIET daily game of cards (no gambling or shouting) on the second visit to the lounge the staff told us that it is hotel policy that we are not allowed to play cards in the lounge, due to possible noise!!?? Yet when other guests on the table next to us were using their phone for a long loud video call for their children to speak with grandparents, staff did not respond.

Very nice hotel experience, with a extremely well arrangeres and kept outdoor/ pool area! The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Amari Pattaya is the BEST hotel in Thailand, and it’s because of the amazing staff. From Khun Ae (best hotel manager ever) to all the the best club Nappa staff, Kitty, Jett, Jinny , Yui, Annie, king, noona, fang, Tung, to name but a few, they are all amazing throughout the hotel. They all welcome us with open arms and made us feel at home. From the concierge team to the reception team to the massage staff and not forgetting the amazing guys at the pool who always look after us. We loved it so much we have already booked to go back. The restaurants are also amazing. The hotel is so well placed on Pattaya beachfront. WELL DONE AMARI PATTAYA, keep up the good work.

! Hotel in the best location in Pattaya. A spotless hotel with amazing service! Temmy from the reception greeted us with a smile and took care of everything we needed! We booked a babysitter through the hotel and a lovely girl who works for the hotel arrived. Fun pool!

I had a very nice stay at Amari Pattaya. The hotel was very clean, both in the room and in the common areas. The staff were very polite and helpful, which made the whole stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. The room was nice and spacious enough, the bed was comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Waking up to that view felt really good. Overall, it was a great stay. I would choose to stay here again if I visit Pattaya in the future.
