Our stay at the Marriott Burr Ridge was exceptional from start to finish! The friendly and welcoming staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, and the well-appointed, impeccably clean rooms with comfortable beds made for a restful stay. As Marriott Bonvoy members, we appreciated the generous loyalty perks, including room upgrades and exclusive lounge access. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, close to great dining, shopping, and major routes, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure. "Exceptional"

The pool and hot tub was nice. The only issue we had was not hotel related, some guests were trashing the pool area. I dont fault staff as they were quick to remedy that.

Mold on bathroom walls. Terrible coffee in bedroom, cheap towels, no lighting in bedroom, minimum outlets, mirrors, lights.

"Best Marriott!!!"

The restaurant and bar are very nice with good food and nice wine. Rooms are clean and so quiet. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Easy access near Chicago; right off highway. It’s our favorite stop as we travel east to west visiting family.
