Convenient location and low price, but the room was dusty and overall property is rather "tired". The host also did not honor Expedia reservation price for 2 adults and 2 children referring to an "unavailable on Expedia" policy where there was an extra charge for children over 12 y.o. A lengthy conversation during checkout just left bad taste. Meh...
The gentleman running it was a very pleasant person. The poor was perfect for my granddaughter

The owner/manager was very kind. We really enjoyed the pool area as well. We asked for a later check out & he would've accompanidated it but they were booked the following night, so they had to get the room clean, which is understandable.
There seems to be some upgrading going on. The bathroom in our room could be modernized or a the the least a heavy cleaning in the bathroom and have the calking around the tub replaced. The hinges on the BR door need to be repaired.
