Kingston Lodge Hotel

Cute little inn but a confusing layout with lots of steps to get to rooms. I was assigned a first floor room with a sliding glass door opening onto a cozy nicely landscaped courtyard. Hotel hosted weddings while I was there including one with a DJ playing late into the night. Earplugs recommended. Breakfast buffet was OK. Staff was very pleasant.

the room was cold, needs heating this time of year.food in restreraunt was on expensive side.

Dated accommodation. Place seems a little disjointed.

The room 223 was so tired and worn out looking. The furniture was chipped and nicked. Lots of peeling paint. Shower curtain was so gross for a guest room. Pillows like boards.

The location is great... It is close to the university of Kingston Hill...and to the Bus stop... the Hotel was nice, clean and employees very helpful and friendly... the only thing is bad is the bed was very unconformable... it hurt my back and when I told them about it... they send my to the house keeper manager and he said that this was the only kind of bed they have... the bed was so bad where you can feel the spring on the matters...

Hotel just needs a little spruce up. Stayed in room 101 which according to the signs do not exists. It’s old and dated couldn’t really do with some mo ey spent on it. Staff great but seem overworked as everyone who was there at midnight were also serving breakfast.

Very nice hotel a short drive to the city center. Great breakfast buffet - every fresh and not over cooked or dried out.

We stayed at Brook Kingston Lodge hotel while our daughter was moving in to her uni accomodation. It couldn't be a better location for us: within working distance to all the shops, a pub, a restaurant, and at the same time in a quieter area of town. Staff was helpful and polite. Lovely and comfortable bar/ eating area. The only 2 complains will be: pillows are of poor quality ( flat, no bounce left in them), and breakfast time ( 8-10) was a bit inconvenient for us. We would prefer if it was served earlier, may be at 7. Overall, lovely hotel and we would stay again.

Advertised on Expedia as Superior Double Room, 1 king bed was not superior at all merely standard and bed was queen size this hotel does not have King size beds. Breakfast was a buffet and even food straight from the kitchen was cold!!
