Kingston Lodge Hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had quite a relaxed atmosphere. Although clean and tidy the hotel needed a little tax, some parts were a bit tired. The bed was very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant which was ok, the food was hot and the service was good but the food was pretty average.

This is a shabby 3 star no way four! Plugged by the RHS who should be ashamed. Nearly £200 for one night in standard double with useless air-con and big notice in bathroom saying please keep the door shut as steam can set off the fire alarm! Was looked at and ignored for 10 minutes on check in, then had neither lemonade or tap peroni available. Charged another £10 on check out for infant bed I read was included but was not! Half an hour walk to river Would never return

My wife and i stayed at property for a night .on entering the property i was apprehensive as you are before staying at any hotel.we were greeted by a lovely lady at reception ,the room was comfortable with large door leading to garden , and bed was perfect .the bathroom clean and quite big.the bar has a cosy atmosphere with happy helpful staff ,on the day we arrived we were lucky,there was a thirty it birthday party going on and we could relate to allot of the music . The garden was a blessing place to relax and cool down after a hot day .breakfast was good .if we could we would have stayed for longer we were both sad at leaving ...

Amazing hotel, great staff great location, great value

Great hotel. Good location for bus route into London. But lots of little stairways to the rooms- so be ready to haul suitcases up a few flight of stairs. Food at the restaurant was excellent. &We loved the garden. Only one note- Wish the front desk had informed us that the taxi we hired on the day to leave for the train station in st. Pancras- did not take credit cards. But overall, we had a very nice stay.

Lovely quiet comfortable hotel . Stayed in a family room with my 3 children and would stay again
