Residence Inn by Marriott Tucson Williams Centre

This was a stop while road tripping cross country. Nice, clean hotel with nice front desk staff. My only issue was the breakfast service the next day. My friend and I along with a few other guests were in the lobby about 5 minutes before breakfast was supposed to start. There were a few things set up, so we started to make our coffee. We were looking to turn the light on, and the young lady working the kitchen stated to us( in a very rude tone) I am not open yet. All of us apologized. She turned on the lights and proceeded with setting up. She obviously must not have gotten to work on time, because she was not ready for all of us. I have stayed at a lot of hotels being a titanium elite, and I have gone down 15 minutes early and everything has been out. I understand that we all were there five minutes early, but she was clearly not ready and did not have to be rude to us.

The rooms were clean. The paper towels are in an unusual place under the cabinet where the pans are. They weren't just sitting on the counter as with most hotels. I don't know if that is a problem for any other guest. Other than that not an issue.

The stay was amazing everyone was very polite, the room and grounds were in great condition.

super location between convention center and sabino canyon. walking to most needs. room spotless staff exceedingly kind and laccomodationg.

I stayed here for a week to attend the Tucson Gem shows. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes from the main locations I was there for. The room was convenient and complete, with a kitchenette and internet/cable television. I was lucky enough to get a ground floor room near an entrance, which made it very easy to transport my luggage as well as purchases to the room. Parking was easy and well lite. There are many restaurants, shops and services nearby, and will definitely stay there again next year.

Good location. Room was fine. Bed was terrible. So hard. Same with pillows. No comfortable place to sit.

It´s a good place, quiet and comfortable. There are several options around for dinner. Staff was very friendly.

I was rudely awoken by 4 tall muscular men from the hotel because they couldnt find my reservation extension when i had paid hours n hours before hand and lied about talking to the 3rd party booking agent
